Finally; after a span of almost 8-10 months of my toddler Maanvi Ahlawat in Klay, Sector-49; I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the incredible care, dedication, and support which has been shown by Klay staff to my toddler.

First and foremost, I would like to extend a special thanks to Parul Middha Ma’am for her exceptional leadership and the warm, nurturing environment she has fostered at the school. The values of compassion, patience, and commitment are clearly reflected in the entire team’s approach.

A sincere note of appreciation to Meeta Ma’am, Maanvi Ma’am, and Shalini Ma’am for their consistent efforts in ensuring my child’s development and well-being. Maanvi mam and Shalini Mam creative teaching methods, totally engaging activities, and personalized attention have truly made a positive impact on Maanvi’s learning journey. I am especially grateful for the emphasis you place on promoting independence, such as encouraging self-eating during lunch—an essential life skill that Maanvi is learning with confidence under your guidance.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Savita Didi in the class for her unwavering care and kindness towards Maanvi. Her gentle presence and attentiveness play a significant role in creating a safe and comforting environment for Maanvi.

Maanvi always appreciates her teachers once both of us are at home from school & office respectively. Everyday Maanvi learns something new in school and I am observing her growth for so many months.. its rather transformation. We being in a joint family (full of elders and catering to an extra pampered child of the house) specially thank KLAY & its staff for taking care of Maanvi while i am in office and relieving me from all burden/guilts/stress. Indirectly, Klay plays a significant role in ensuring that I serve GoI; being stressfree wrt my kid.

Furthermore, I am extremely impressed by the school’s high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The well-maintained and sanitized spaces offer peace of mind, knowing that my child is in a safe and healthy environment. Additionally, the thoughtfully curated and varied breakfast and lunch menus are commendable, ensuring that the children receive nutritious and wholesome meals.

Lastly, I am truly grateful for the collective efforts made by the entire staff in keeping Maanvi engaged, happy, and continuously learning. It is heartening to witness her growing curiosity, confidence, and joy in being part of the Klay family. I love the way almost all festivals are celebrated in Klay like Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, EID, Gudipadwa, Folk festival etc.

From the tender age of 3 years to now nearing 6, my journey with Klay Uppal Southend has been nothing short of exceptional. Reflecting on my child's ( Shivang Saxena, now 5 years and 7 months old) transformative journey at Klay Uppal Southend, it's evident that every aspect of care has been crafted to nurture the development of the child. I remember the time when he entered Klay, he was just 3.5 years old, the caring and attentive teachers (Shivani Mam, Shruti Mam) and staff ( Anita Didi) made him feel welcomed and comfortable. Every aspect of care is individualised and the frequent interaction between centre head, parents and teachers on different aspects of childcare is something which made me extremely comfortable. I am a doctor with long working hours and almost no holidays . Klay comes to my rescue on most difficult days taking utmost care of my kid in a way that he feels like home. The nurturing environment, dedicated Centre Director ( Parul Mam), Admin (Meeta mam), Course Coordinator ( Sheetal Mam), staff ( Suman didi) and enriching activities have not only fostered my child's growth but also instilled a love for learning. The sense of community and warmth within the center have provided a second home for my little one, where he has thrived socially, emotionally, and academically.

The curriculum at Klay goes beyond the ordinary, seamlessly blending play-based learning with structured activities that ignite curiosity and creativity. My child has blossomed under the guidance of skilled educators who tailor their approach to each child's unique needs and interests.

Moreover, the emphasis on social-emotional development has been invaluable. My child has not only formed deep bonds with his peers but has also learned essential life skills such as empathy, cooperation, and resilience.

The facilities at Klay Uppal Southend are top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for exploration and discovery. Whether it's engaging outdoor play areas, well-equipped classrooms, or inviting common spaces, every corner is designed with the child's growth and comfort in mind.

As a parent, i have been consistently impressed by the open communication and partnership with the teachers, centre director and staff.

I am writing this review to share my extremely negative experience with Klay School. As a parent, it is crucial for me to entrust my child to a nurturing and professional environment, but unfortunately, this Klay school failed to meet even the most basic expectations. One of the most significant issues I encountered was the appalling behavior of the teachers. They exhibited an alarming level of egoism, displaying a complete disregard for the needs and well-being of the children under their care. It was evident that their primary concern was their own convenience, rather than the welfare of the children. The teachers consistently forced parents to pick up their children early, citing vague reasons that seemed to be solely driven by their desire to leave work early. This practice was not only inconvenient but also disruptive to our daily schedules. As working parents, we rely on daycare services to provide a safe and structured environment for our children until we are available to pick them up. However, at Klay School, it seemed as though the teachers were more interested in their own early departures than fulfilling their responsibilities. Moreover, the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff was deeply concerning. The teachers' behavior often bordered on unkindness, displaying an unprofessional attitude towards both children and parents. It was disheartening to witness how they interacted with the children, lacking the warmth and care one would expect in a daycare setting. Their egoistic approach was evident in their dismissive and condescending manner, which left me questioning their suitability for such a vital role. Additionally, the communication with the staff was abysmal. They rarely provided updates on our child's progress or any incidents that may have occurred during the day. It became increasingly apparent that transparency and open communication were not valued within the daycare's culture. All of these issues collectively painted a picture of a daycare that falls far short of the expected standards. A nurturing and safe environment for children is of utmost importance, and it was disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff at Klay School. Considering my experience, I strongly advise against entrusting your child to this daycare. The negative impact on my child's well-being and the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff were significant concerns that ultimately led me to find a more suitable daycare where my child's needs are genuinely valued...
