Wagh bakri tea lounge of vatika business park, made is very good. Location is very good, ambiance is good but staff is very bad. Particularly I will talk about, Mr Vikrant singh, Nishat both behave in wrong way. Particular I am talking about them, becouse if wagh bakri owner will not care about this lunge so I am sure that this lounge will closed soon. I will try to define here that why I am talking in this way, I have visited multiple times, I noticed that , they were requesting to the customer for payment in term of Cash and not giving the bill. After asking that why you are printing my bill then they are saying that sir system is not running so bill will print something late. Same Problem I got, when I reached at billing counter. Which ever there was not Problem in system like that. Which customer was paying bill amount by card or paytm they were making the bill of them. It's finally conclusion that if customers are ordering any hand made items, I mean which preparing in kitchen, that items of bill they are not making. Read moreAbsolute pathetic tea. Wagh Bakri is an old brand which inspires a lot of confidence, but my experience was otherwise. Had ordered Pudina tea and Chocolate (bless thy lord!) tea. Both were absolutely despicable, this is the kind of tea one makes when they want to make a bad tea on purpose. Not at all worth Rs 220.
No “ubalna”, no flavour, no depth of the tea that you get from any roadside tapri or other places. There’s one another small place in Vatika business park serving impeccable tea, nice and hygienic.
All in all, go to this place if you are looking for a place to sit, because the comfort of ‘chai’ is non- existent. 10/10 ambience 10/10 staff and service nothing...

The campus has some good outlets like Star buck, Chai point, Chaayos and Open tap.
This outlet is new for tea lovers and serve good options like I tried their Samosa chaat which was really good.
Venkatesh is a store manager and was courteous enough to give us a complimentary tea as I raised a point their Kullhad chai is for 100 but serves in a very small quantity, hope they will resolve this issue permanently until then try their tea in a cup :-)
