Despite being housed in a buzzing buisness centre, Binge is a charming cafe that effortlessly blends warmth with a fresh, contemporary vibe. The ambience is a delightful mix of quaint and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to unwind and indulge. From the moment we stepped in, the inviting interiors and soothing atmosphere set the tone for a relaxed time out with friends.

The food lived up to the setting—both the pasta and pizza were well-prepared, hitting the right balance of flavors and freshness. Though they did not have the typical cold coffee with ice cream it was good . Our experience with pastry was like two ends of a spectrum… one was nothing short of exceptional but the other one was not so good. The staff there very graciously changed the truffle pastry for us .

Apart from excellent service , for me the highlight of the cafe was the painted mural tucked away at the corner of the cafe.. This mural is a beautifully detailed artwork that depicts a charming European-style street scene, complete with rustic sodden door, green shuttered window , a flower box with blooming plants under the window adds to the quaint and cozy ambiance. A staircase and bicycle completed the look, which was likely designed to transport viewers to a serene European street, evoking nostalgia and warmth.

Food is amazing but service is pathetic. Management is pathetic. Cake messed up, Twice in a row order arrived with dips missing, delivery for an order arrived 3 hours late, family dinner ruined due to some leak in the kitchen. The list is endless. They change their staff too often. 1). My daughters Birthday cake for school was ordered 7 days in advance. Even then they messed up with the name which was sent over a text. The manager did not even care to check everything before delivering. 2). Once my order arrived 3 hours late at 10:30 (ordered at 7:20) and my children were already in bed and fully asleep. 3). Despite detailed instructions ordered safe regularly messed up. Interestingly they believe in firing staff rather than giving them proper orientation. Worst experience I tried placing an order for cake on the number provided, cake was booked and I made the payment but the next day I called for bill and cake there was something fishy. We went to the store but we got to know there site has been hacked since last 2 weeks and there is no order placed nor any payment received. They did not take any actions and were giving examples that other people are also coming with this complaint. But they are not at all supportive and have not taken any action against it.
