Third Wave Coffee — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I'm absolutely loving this coffee shop! Always gotta be in this place – the combination of good food and an incredible good vibe makes it my go-to spot 😊. During our latest visit, we ordered a few items that totally hit the mark. First off, the Cappuccino Coffee was spot on – perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of espresso, steamed milk, and foam. Next up, the Cold Coffee was a refreshing treat, ideal for beating the heat. And to accompany our drinks, we had a Club Sandwich that was a real highlight – the flavors were well-balanced, the bread was fresh, and the portion was just right.

What really stands out about this coffee shop, aside from the awesome food and drinks, is the amazing atmosphere. The vibe is super welcoming and relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, or even get some work done. The service is also top-notch, with friendly staff who are always happy to help.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. I have been visiting the cafe very often with my wife. I normally order online to save time. I entered the cafe and told the staff to serve in the ceramic mugs since we had to drink it in the cafe and not as take away. I don’t see a deal where the staff should have a problem in doing that unless they’re closing which was not the case. When the customer has paid in full how should he be restricted to not have it in the cafe just because it’s ordered online. This system is pathetic by either the staff or third wave. The staff rudely told us that you will get it it take away mugs only. I’ve visited the same cafe previously so many times but didn’t face any such problem. I think it should be the customer decision to tell the staff if it’s to be served or take away. You lose customers like this. Costa coffee knows how to treat there customers. Please learn and educate your staff third wave team. Highly disappointed....

I am very picky with coffee and desserts, and this place justifies it with a fantastic staff to serve it all. Manoj in particular has been a constant smiling face that I have seen around here and previously at 32nd milestone as well.

18 hr steeped cold brew coffees are a great option and during winters the hot chocolate is an absolute treat.

I am not a fan of the sandwiches here and thats a personal preference since my friends find them to be good.
