Drizzle & Dust — Restaurant in Gurugram District

As a regular customer, I’ve always felt the cakes here are average at best but I kept coming back out of convenience. However, today was the final straw. The female employee at the counter was incredibly rude and downright hostile when we asked simple questions about customisation. She mocked my friend repeatedly, passed unnecessary remarks, and made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. On previous visits too, she’s been dismissive and judgmental, but I let it slide. This time, however, she crossed a line—she tried charging us extra and when we politely asked for the bill, she flat-out refused and continued to mock us instead. It’s incredibly disappointing that this kind of behaviour is tolerated at a customer-facing establishment. No one should be treated with such condescension, especially not paying customers. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly suggest others think twice before...

Extremely judgemental and indifferent behaviour by female staff behind cash counter. We were simply passing by sohna road and had dropped by vatika complex to visit haldirams. Wanted to check out the dessert shop and gift boxes... But the staffs impolite tone while telling the prices was enough to discourage and write this review. Even though I was interested in trying their desserts but the tone of speaking spoke volumes about the brand.. Never have been treated like this in the poshest of South...

Horrible. The choux pastry was not how it should be, was stale in taste. It was so stiff that the spoon broke.

While taking the order, I asked Ms. Zoya that this does not look okay - yet she said that is how it is supposed to be.

She did not even offer to exchange, extremely bad on her part. Kindly take action.

Will neither recommend nor visit. ₹212 gone...
