We went to the trampoline park on a weekday and still there was rush . So many kids playing and you had to wait for specific games. There is foam so less probability of getting hurt. But adults and kids are playing together so it gets chaotic and messy. There is food area a small cafe kinda where you can have small bites. Good to host a small kids birthday party. Kids can get engaged for couple of hours. They give you shoes or slip ons to play. They charge rs 500 for half an hour which to me is expensive. You can check for any deals in nearbuy etc

11th May - we had planned to host a birthday party. They have a separate private party area upstairs. Weekend prices rs 1600 for 1 hour of play and food buffet, which includes 2 starters, 1 main course, 1 dessert and 1 drink. Adults buffet Rs 500. They decorate the area too. Nachos and cold drinks are given on the house. Food menu is limited and some items listed on the menu are kit available like Jigar thanda and more. Also, we found it better to take ala carte for adults since the food quality and taste is average and generally people hardly eat. Better not to take buffet for adults at Rs 500 per head. Not worth it. We negotiated the rates to Rs 1100 per child since they skipped booking our private party area inspite of repeated discussions. The staff Varun promised to give us a designated area in the cafe itself. You have to fix a time slot for the play and party and eating time. A few kids reached on time some got delayed. They have issues if the count of children is less than what you stated. They give socks and bands to children. Children then go and play. In between if you have fixed an eating time they prepare food and push you to call the children immediately even if the child is just 10 minutes on the trampoline, which is not right. One of the staff was rude and pushing to call the children. We had to complain and things got sorted. While the cafe is very small they barely did any decorations as was discussed. But the good part is you can overlook the kids in the play area from the cafe. Nice catchy music was playing. Even after callling the children to eat they took 20 minutes to serve food. They try to serve less and save more. Half a burger to each child. It had too much mayo. Some pizzas were overdone and burnt. Oreo shake was ok. Cold and hot coffee were not good. Smileys, garlic knots etc were mcain types not fresh and not done properly either. French fries had wedges too, which again were not done properly. Cheese corn mini samosa was ok. Veg sandwich had too much liquid mayonnaise. Pasta was average. Food overall is average or below. In cafe you have to repeatedly follow-up with the staff to serve water, keep plates, spoons, get order etc. service is slow and you have to keep running to them all the time. There was no birthday decorations in the cafeteria and none of the staff took care of the service. More of follow-up and self service. Varun, who had negotiated commented that you were to get 7 children it’s only 6 and that we are compromising. Staff needs to be professional to know and understand how to talk. If a kid got unwell and hacked out at the last minute what can the hosts do? Overall the kids and we enjoyed. Once things were sorted the manager Ravi helped settle things, allowed extra time to a few kids. Varun gave us a deceht deal to compensate for not booking the party space. Safety is importaht. For the first time, we saw a bad accident happening out there where a female got her leg caught up in the spring and got badly hurt. She was bleeding profusely and had to be rushed to the hospital immediately. It was damn scary. I am not sure what is the accountability of the Skyjumper management in case of such untoward incidents happening while playing in the play area. Please check and ask your children to enjoy and...

Essay on Discipline - 1000 Words Essay

Discipline

Discipline is the trait of showing self-control and taking responsibility for your actions.

“Discipline is more than just training that we undertake to prepare ourselves for something. It embodies our commitment to work hard and to be the best person we can be.” The moment you are disciplined, you will have the power to discipline yourself to take care of your needs and do what is necessary, whether it’s in regards with work, relationships or health. There are many ways that discipline can help us with our lives. Our brains are like computers – they need constant input from external sources: food, sunlight, water… Discipline teaches us to give our bodies what they need to keep us happy.

Discipline is more than just training that we undertake to prepare ourselves for something. It embodies our commitment to work hard and to be the best person we can be. It takes a powerful personality, passion and drive. Discipline can help individuals accomplish tasks that they never dreamed possible and it also enables them to overcome obstacles, which might otherwise be unsurmountable.

Discipline is defined as habitual self-control in opposing a natural desire or tendency; the act of disciplining; self-control in training oneself. Discipline is a way of life, not a lecture; it grows out of character and habit; it is best taught by example rather than by precept; reward or punishment should never be used.

It is not always easy to discipline yourself and stick to a healthy lifestyle but it’s much easier when you set good habits and routines for yourself. Good habits are essential for a good life – you should develop the habit of being on time, of tidying up after your activities, of keeping your things in order. Discipline teaches us to plan ahead, to prepare meals or grab something quick when running late instead of just grabbing something unhealthy on the go. It takes discipline to think ahead about what we will eat before going out with friends or what we will have as a snack at home while watching TV. It takes discipline to turn off the TV and go to sleep, it takes discipline to leave work on time, it takes discipline to say no to a second glass of wine. Discipline teaches us habits that will keep us safe and healthy and protect our loved ones.

Family, job, education, religion, everything requires discipline. Discipline helps us to stay calm and focused when other people want to distract us from our goals. By being disciplined in everything we do, we are asserting control over our actions, which allows us to be more effective at everything we do. We should always be striving to create a better life for ourselves and for those around us through discipline and respect for all life (discipline comes from Greek dikein=to divide, distribute divinity.)

In the book “The Healthy School Lunch”, author Ellen Booth Church wrote: “Discipline is the ability to listen with an open mind and a willingness to consider other ideas or ways of looking at things. It also involves taking responsibility. It is the strength of character that enables us to set priorities, and work hard to achieve...
