KFC — Restaurant in Gurugram District

We often visit this outlet and everytime we visited the AC’s were not working. Don’t know the reason but the outlet is like a heat chamber , the moment you step inside it and on asking the person at the counter always his reply is, sir there is some technical fault in the AC’s. Last time i visited this place something very disheartening happened. I ordered 2 veg burgers for take away and i was standing there itself at the counter as it was so hot and to my surprise the person who was packing the burgers touched them with the same gloved hands with which he touched the non veg burgers. I objected and asked him if there is no such policy that veg and non veg are not to be mixed to which he replied no sir there is no such policy and sir how many times i will change the glove to touch both of them separately. So i just want to clarify this doubt if any such policy of kfc exists or not as most of the restaurants which serves both veg and non veg meals claims that they have separate kitchen...

Order placement took about 10 mins even when there was only one person in front of me and service was worst. Took 25 mins to process order just a meal box and smokey grill drums. Obviously smokey grill wasn’t well cooked due to high demand of particular item. Same person on billing desk was delivering orders so kind of messy.

It was my second visit to this place and for a KFC lover it’s sad to write such comments.

And thy swiped my second card saying first one declined and I got amount deducted messages after 4-5 minuets. Anyways amount credited back so it’s just the service at this place...

The management should look into the ethics& integrity of the staff working here. My daughter dropped her purse yesterday with 7K rupees. Today, we contacted them, and they said they will try to find and we left our contact details. Then we called them back few hrs later and pressurised them, then they said, yes we found it.

Obviously they would have located the purse yesterday itself, but they were taking the chance that no one would contact them and they will keep it.

Owner And management should look into the integrity of employees working there. They represent a great global...
