Good commercial building. But but beware office of hamara home broker they are fraud. They have office in this building. Booked a affordable flat 4 months back and given a token of 1 Lakh online. However, Mr. Prakash (Hamara Homes) and Mr. Rajender told me that the builder had increased the rates after two months. Then I said ok i agreed. But after they again told me that the builder again increased the rates. Then I said kindly refund my money as I have already waited for 02 months on payment of token. But suddenly both of them blocked my number and not attended a single call. They have again wasted 02 more months of mine saying that they will refund on this date and this date and again date and blocked all my numbers. I can bet both Mr. Guru Prakash and Mr. Rajender are frauds and Please give token only after allotment and only to builder not to these fraudsters. Please avoid your hard earned money to these frauds hands. But still you have excess money than give to them. It was my bad that I ignore previous reviews as already some of my brothers write on this page that these are frauds.

Situated just next to Malibu Towne, hosts offices for different companies like Everest group, PNB metlife, CPA GLOBAL etc. The interior and architecture is just okay, most of the offices and shops are still vacant and yet to be sold/leased.

I visited saburi TLC which is located on 6th floor so I didn't get the chance to explore complete tower however lift in the building was most attractive 🤓😀

Few companies have corporate office here like Adacell technologies Pvt. Ltd, PNB MetLife, AtoS and more. This building have space for offices and shops. Located in gurgaon sector 47 and near by locality is Malibu town, Raheja mall, Big bazar and JMD megalopolis. From huda city center metro it will be aprx. 5-6 km. You can take shared auto till Subhash Chowk and then another auto towards Badshapur. Alternatively private auto also available from Huda metro station. Building offer separate lift lobby for offices and shopping complex. Well designed structure. 11 floor, 3 level basement parking, 2 floor...

Pathetic mangment and security staff. Just here to trouble and mend money through parking on weekends. The place hardly has footfall in late hours but even if you have half and hour you will not be allowed to park outside but go in llbasement parking which is made in such unorganized way. You will spend 10mins in going down and then again another 10mins getting your car. Just waste of time.

On working days we understand the basement parking concept but at 10 at night basement parking is not making semce on Sunday night.

Think before a female comes here...
