Mesmerizing Memorial collection of thing used by Nicholas Roerich and his relatives like book, cars, dinner table, cloths etc. this place is very beautiful where you can take lots of pictures. From the place you can see mountains covered with snow also. This place is divided into 2 parts. I part where you take ticket and see place where Nicholas Roerich stay along with his belonginess. Other part you need to climb way staircases to visit Museum where lots of paintings and you can see Himachal culture things. Both pace have 1 valid ticket only. When you climb via staircases you can see beautiful garden and lot of greenery. There are few bench for rets also. Overall Mesmerizing place contains Nicholas Roerich memories, Himachal culture experience and nature beauty

#The Urusvati Himalayan Research Institute# After visiting the Roerich Art gallery you can walk 200 m uphill to this amazing place of Himalayan research . You have walk up to reach this place .Nice view of the nagger city . You can also take rest and relax on the way to this center . Beautifully maintained compact collection To visit the Urusvati museum of folklore, one need to take some extra 200 steps uphill. It is worth the extra effort you take because the way up is really picturesque. The museum is well maintained and imparts knowledge too. Beside this, there’s Roerich International centre which showcases the reproduction of Master's creations. And one is allowed to take photographs.

The International Roerich Memorial Trust (IRMT) was founded in 1992-93 on the initiative of Svetoslav Roerich and his spouse Devika Rani with the support of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India, the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh to preserve and promote the heritage of the outstanding Russian family of the Roerichs and develop the holy Roerich Estate into a world-class museum, educational, scientific and cultural center.

As you can already see the beauty of the place, I would suggest you do surely visit this house of the famous russian painter. The trust safeguards paintings as beautiful as anything I have ever seen. Roerich painted mountains and they are breathtaking. His son was also a painter and its an absolute wonder to go and stare at the paintings. Photography is not allowed inside so I have only clicked the pictures outside the house.

Loved the place , peeping through the window(only option) gives you the glimpse of Roerich family. A Russian Monk and his multi-talented wife and sons. Their connection to First Lady of Indian Cinema. Whoohoo what extraordinary life Roerich family had. Bought their books and paintings. If you come here come to take away the curiosity and story. I am sure going to spend some time reading and understanding them.

The place gives you a peep in the life and work of great artist, philosopher and scientist family of Mr. Roerich. The wooden house looks beautiful and the rooms, which are well maintained, can be seen from the windows. These rooms also give an idea about the instruments they used. Apart from the house the whole area is covered in greenary and offers you spectacular view of valley and mountain.
