A chance encounter and I discovered this shop on the busy lanes of Bapu Bazaar.
The shop is no more than maybe a 10x5 feet room but the speciality is their Ice cream kulfi falooda. Made from simple ingredients, the sevai (vermicelli), some rabri, one kulfi block, home made ice cream and topped with thick rose syrup. It comes in different sizes and I tried the small one. Though for me the small one was good enough and convenient as they made in take away plastic glass. I really liked the texture and creaminess of home made ice cream. Simple yet very favourful. The rabri was little sweet for me though if one mixes it with everything then it was great.
Great taste and food...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad an amazing kulfi at this iconic shop . The shop is nearly 60 years old and has maintained amazing consistency . When the owner takes so much pride in their creation you know you are at the right place .
The mix of kulfi , random and falooda is rich and super creamy . Unlike the typical falooda this one is different because of generous amounts of rabdi ( which is actually melted kulfi ) which makes it softer with a smoother texture . The amount of sugar is just right .
Eat it with your eyes closed to feel the taste...
