I recently had the pleasure of visiting Patuli in Kolkata, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. Patuli is a vibrant neighborhood that offers a wonderful blend of culture, green spaces, and a thriving community.

The picturesque landscapes, including the iconic "Patuli Floating Market," make this place a true gem in the city. The serene lake and the surrounding gardens create a peaceful oasis amidst the urban hustle and bustle.

The community here is incredibly warm and welcoming. I was impressed by the local artisans and their handcrafted goods. Exploring the market stalls was a delight, and it was heartwarming to see the local economy thriving.

The food options in Patuli are diverse and delicious. Whether you're looking for traditional Bengali cuisine or international flavors, you'll find something to satisfy your taste buds. I particularly enjoyed the street food stalls, which offered some of the most delectable snacks I've ever tasted.

The public art installations in Patuli are a testament to the city's commitment to culture and creativity. The vibrant murals and sculptures scattered throughout the neighborhood add an extra layer of charm and character to the area.

Overall, Patuli in Kolkata is a must-visit destination. It offers a unique blend of culture, nature, and community that is hard to find elsewhere. I had a memorable time exploring this area, and I can't recommend it enough. Patuli truly deserves a...

I took my family for a short visit to this place this week. This place is conveniently located near EM by-pass & Patuli link road junction. Teenagers, middle aged people and older generations are thronging the place. There are several benches to sit on.

It has a broad pathway for a nice evening stroll, several statues of great personality adorned the pathway. A rotating globe depicting all religious places & people, is an eye catcher ! Goddess Durga's idol also serves as a perfect selfie point. A Howrah Bridge model across the canal looks very nice (more illumination along the borders could make it brighter, though). At the end of the walkway, the model of Dakshineswar Temple with Goddess Bhabatarini & Swami Vivekanada driving a chariot with Ramakrishna & Sarada Maa - is the highlight!

There are lots of food stalls where you can enjoy snacks. Tea vendors and Chana garam are a must try ! Only drawback is the foul stench coming from the waste water of canal, which, unfortunately you...

The Patuli Lake Side Park, or Patuli Jheel Park as it’s more commonly referred to, is a green stretch that runs alongside the busy Eastern Metropolitan Bypass in Kolkata’s Ward 101. Enveloped in trees and bushes bearing seasonal flowers, the park sees droves of morning and evening walkers. The main attraction of the Patuli Lake Side Park is the scenic body of water that separates the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass from the residential localities of Patuli. The picturesque lake adds a certain tranquility to the locality – making it a sought-after spot for an The figurines that add to the park's aesthetics are an ode to the city's biggest and most-loved festival – Durga Puja. The figurines are believed to have first resided at Udayan Sangha, in Naktala. A small replica of Kolkata’s most treasured attraction – Howrah Bridge – can be spotted across the breadth of the park.
