last year I visited this place it is near to railway station if you want to go definitely less traffic and the iskcon temple building with ground floor having bookstall and food distribution prasadam point and administrative office first floor having mandir and very pleasant.everyday they conducted all sevas to god lord Krishna....and they give a card after u chant HAREKRISHNA 108 times so that card give at ground floor they provide delicious prasadam with a god name .....try must place for ur next time.RAFHE RADHE

The heart and mind experience tranquility and we feel ourselves floating into a sublime dimension. A must visit when in Madurai. Though quite small when compared to otger Iskcon temple... Sri Sri Madurapathi temple is unique and stands out.
