When I first made the decision to return to work after having my daughter, it was one of the most difficult choices I’ve ever had to make. The facility is impeccably maintained, and stringent protocols are in place to safeguard the health and well-being of the children. Communication with parents has consistently exceeded our expectations. The regular updates on our child's progress and activities keep us engaged and informed in their educational journey. My child is genuinely happy and thriving at Klay. Regarding the meals provided at the center, I deeply appreciate the effort put into offering nutritious and well-balanced meals for the children. It is evident that the menu is meticulously planned to ensure the children receive the right nutrients. As busy parents, it provides great relief to know that our children are receiving healthy meals while at school. However, I have one suggestion to make. I kindly propose that deep-fried and sugary items not be included in the meals for children below the age of 4yrs. While the meals are undoubtedly healthy, incorporating some variety in flavors and ingredients could enhance the dining experience for the kids. This could also serve as a delightful opportunity to introduce them to different tastes and foods. In conclusion, Klay PrimaBay Centre has provided an overwhelmingly positive experience for my child, and I am deeply appreciative of the care and educational opportunities they offer. With a minor adjustment in the food variety, I believe Klay PrimaBay Centre can further elevate its status as an exceptional childcare center. I enrolled my twins in Klay in November 2022. It has been the best decision, its an extended home for us. I saw many daycares around Chandivali and what I liked about Klay the most was the professionalism of the Center Director, Ms Simran. After talking to her, I was very sure that I am enrolling the kids here.

Found Klay best in terms of hygiene, child proofing, all the didis are mature (Its my personal opinion, I feel a little uncomfortable with young girls as didis), the food comes from a remote kitchen, but is very good, balanced and healthy menu and kids eat well at Klay. My kids are fussy eaters and Klay was very helpful. They are very transparent and accessible. Live CCTV access was a big plus point.

Center director closely supervises all the staff and is involved with each child personally, she is caring yet firm which I feel is very important for the right behavioral development of little ones. Despite the large number of kids, all kids get sufficient individual attention. Very satisfied in terms of kids's development in terms of language, habits, eating habits.

The teachers maintain a good balance of fun and education. There are lots of activities every day, I am most happy about the dance class and gym class, that ensures that children are physically active.

Klay Prima Bay really turned out to be my village for making the space for me to work on my career. The only thing I wish could be better would be more natural light and softer colors. I wouldn't change anything else.
