This place proved to be an excellent choice for our kids' playdate ! The space is incredibly vast, offering plenty of room for children to run around and explore without feeling confined. They had an absolute blast with a variety of fun activities, including the ball pit, slides and even a sand pit that kept them happily engaged. What really stood out was the diversity of games available—arcade games, trampoline areas and VR experiences. The friendly staff was always present to ensure the safety of the kids, which was reassuring as they moved between the different zones. It is also a great venue for larger gatherings, as it can accommodate big groups or multiple families effortlessly. One hiccup during our visit was misplacing a pair of shoes, but luckily, we found them. A token system for shoe storage would be a thoughtful addition to improve the experience and prevent such mishaps. In terms of facilities, it excels at blending fun with convenience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this arcade was beyond disappointing.

The go-karting was the worst part. The cars were in horrible condition – the steering wheels were so stiff that all of us left with sore arms. One of my friends even had a tire burst mid-drive, which could have been really dangerous. Clearly, maintenance is not a priority here.

The staff made the experience even worse. They were rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. They misled us about the games before payment, and once the card was swiped, there was no chance of getting a refund, even when the games didn’t work properly.

Speaking of games – they’re wildly overpriced and not worth it. Most arcade machines are outdated or broken, and they don’t function as expected. The bowling alley was just as bad – the mechanism is broken and miscounts pins regularly.

To top it off, the staff kept pestering us for a five-star review throughout our visit, making the experience even more uncomfortable.

Save your money and time – this place...
