Me and my wife attended some activities on 11th sep 2021, till we pay the money they spoke very friendly after that they shown their real face. No one instructed like if u need photos for all activities u should inform the photographer earlier. Also in the billing section cashier told like by default photographer will take pics of ur all activities, at the end of ur activities if u like the photos u can get print and soft copy by paying 100rs per photo. After completing the activities, we went to check our photos one activity photo got missed. When we asked about that, he said u should have inform me earlier if u need pics. Cashier guy didn’t say this information while I am paying. Ok Fine then I decided to get two activities photographs. I went to pay and Cashier guy told me like two types of photos are there one is smaller size (100rs) and bigger size (150rs). I asked for larger size and he made bill for that. Waited in queue for 20mins to collect my photo, my turn came and I gave the bill to the photo delivery guy he said larger sizes are not available go and change the bill and come. Distance between the Cashier and photo delivery guy is just an 2mtrs only. I argued with him like I cannot change the bill and it’s your fault u people sitting in just few Meters away. I cannot again wait 20mins for your fault. Zero coordination among them. Finally they gave smaller size photos with worst quality. I felt really bad for waited to get these poor quality photos and felt happy for luckily I didn’t spend 100rs extra for larger size photo. Worst quality photos. Then they said u will get ur photos soft copy from our drive after 6:30pm. Today’s date is 18th September 2021 till now I didn’t get my soft copy. Daily I am calling them asking for soft copy daily one reason by different different person. One week followed them to collect my photos soft copies but they said system crashed sorry for the inconvenience. Worst response to the customer after one week. Finally if you are staying in Ooty after ur activities pls collect your photos soft copy and leave orelse u will get cheated. We didn’t do...
