Itsy Hotels Twin Falls — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Don't bother booking this place. I fell for it with ratings from Agoda only to realise that ratings on these booking sites are fake/paid. The service in these rooms are not worth the money.

The actual hotel is 200m further away from Google Maps location shown with no proper roads and accessibility.

Service is very poor and the place is completely understaffed. The reception desk is empty when you actually need it.

Same breakfast (limited) is served everyday and is brought from elsewhere. Kitchen is only for coffee and tea. You are given the number of an external kitchen for ordering your food.

Rooms didn't have soaps or handwash or anything other than few towels and beds. Not anywhere near to what you expect from Treebo.

Parking is 50m away from the hotel and in the open with no fencing or guides. It's just some other property where you are randomly parking.

The hotel didn't even have a board and the person at help desk who saw us running around trying to find the place didn't even bother asking what we were looking for. Unless approached and asked specifically regarding the hotel and booking.

Don't waste your money.. Book some other...

Location of this hotel on google map is not updated yet and around 200 mt further. This hotel used be managed by OYO and recently got affiliated with Treebo, they have no amenities other than a room with a roof. The whole property is severely understaffed which leaves them unable to provide clean bed linen, curtains, and room cutleries. They had to shift us to a different room as the bathroom flush and geyser were not working but even the new room was not that different and had a leaking washbasin so all the dirty water was on the floor. Staying here during cold weather could be hazardous for health as rooms are extremely cold and they don’t have heaters and working geysers. The staff was very courteous and apologetic about our trauma but there was little they could do given the limited staff and amenities. We were issued the discount voucher as a token of apology but that cannot make up for terrible and forgettable stay we had in this property. Please stay away even if it’s...

Great location. Everything in ooty is just 2km away. Treebo hotel does their job. After a long thought after seeing all the bad review i still took this risk which is worth a try.

First time when i called to enquire about the room, the guy who picked up the phone was rude..but treebo hotel team ensured

Hot water kettle provided with 5 litre water can for two rooms

Good friendly and polite behaviour

Cons - No exhaust ...so much suffocation expecially bathroom smell all inside your room standard rooms(paid 3210 may be due peak season)..just room With attached bathroom...no tables or chairs Literally roads are pathetic...but you can park outside and walk to room. For 50 meters No food for lunch or dinner...you can order online or call hotel 3 main staff- one lady...
