Zuka Fine Dining — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I stayed at the Hotel Preethi Classic Towers for 2 nights. I had 2 dinners served at the Zuka Fine Dining Restaurant.

The dining area was elegantly decorated. There were different types of seats and tables. It wasn’t crowded on the two nights that I patronised.

Ms Piyu was very attentive. She knew when I needed assistance. When she wasn’t sure which dish was better to recommend, she would ask for permission to check with the chef.

The first night I had western menu. I had a Tomato soup, a Penne Arrabiata and a Baked Yoghurt dessert. They were delicious indeed. Suitable for an Asian’s palate. They were rich and flavourful. I enjoyed my dinner.

The 2nd night I wanted to eat India foods. Some my friend recommended me to try Buttered Chicken and Romali Roti. The Restaurant Manager, Paul, recommended Garlic Naan for he said the taste would be much better. I follow suit. Excellent recommendation. I also ordered a Chicken Corn Soup which was one of the best I had tried so far. Paul also stood around for small chats.

I highly recommend Zuka Fine Dining Restaurant for anyone visiting Ooty. The prices charged were reasonable. For the kind of ambience, service level and quality food, it was definitely worth a trip to savour.

Oh, a small issue - the napkin I had wasn’t clean as expected.

This has to be one of the best restaurants I've ever visited, great hospitality at the entrance as well as the restaurant. I had to customize my food and they made sure everything is as per the requirment - even when the restaurant was crowded. Big kudos to the waiters, they helped us a lot with recommendations.

Very humble staff, the manager too had a nice conversation with us. Great chicken biryani, classic chicken curry, soups, rara chicken, paneer, etc. Non veg food - 5/5 Veg food - 4/5

Thank you, will visit again, when me and my family come back to Ooty. We had food thrice here in two days. Prices are very nominal for the quality of food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this fine dining restaurant in Ooty. The wait for food was excessively long. I ordered lunch, and it took 30 minutes just for a single roti. During this time, I asked the staff several times for an update on my order, but none of them responded. When I approached the person in a suit to inquire about the delay, he simply ignored me.
