Not so big museum potteries, earthen vessels, coins, stone age tools, canons and some old time weapons like swords and daggers etc are on display mainly found in and around Vellore. Entry fee is INR 5 only. For photography Rs 20 and for videography Rs 30 is charged separately. If you want to burn some calories walk around the fort on the fort wall but you cant cover the full circle. After entering the main gate climb on the wall from right hand side through a ramp. As you walk on the fort wall you can see watch towers from where the soldiers used to keep watch over inside as well as over the intruders if any from outside. There are some ruins of old barracks can be seen. The church, mosque and the temple inside the fort are still standing. Some of the buildings are used for government offices.
