Jothi Biriyani — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Am from Bangalore,so many of local friends told me about jothie biryani .I have take parcel of one mutton biryani rs 175 ,extra 1/4 biryani rice rs 30 and one egg cost 10rs.Total cost of this is 215.in a single pack they given parcel.This is good for me.after having this mutton biryani the biryani is not hot, quantity wise what I taken for rs 215 is good.if I take only one biryani ,that is not enough for me.bcz very less quantity for rs 175.biriyani taste is very good.but they not given hot.Raitha and brinjal gravy also very nice.overall I recommend for this mutton biryani in this hotel , suggest is try to take some extra rice and one egg.

Suggestions to hotel management is pls increase the quantity and and rise the rate for extra 25rs(including one egg).then u can sale for 210 rs.and more important is serve hot biryani.customers will enjoy with quantitywise,tastewise and rate wise.

Some of the reviews I read is some negative comments of ur service.pls guide your service persons and teach and train them how to behave with customers.most of the customers will will not accept if service is not good.

Had a real bad experience not once but twice. Got a bucket mutton briyani the first time which was not fully cooked rice wasn’t cooked well and mutton pieces were not sufficient called the owner and he said no one complained before for that particular batch after speaking further he told he find out and call me but don’t do. After a week went and personally told him but he never responded. Second time ate at the shop itself food was not hot and charged Rs.25 for 1litre water bottle again called him he told tat 25 is service charge plus bottle charge and told he ll check n call but dint do so.Had to pay extra for water bottle than the MRP accepting tat as a service charge(dunno Wat that service is for). Old shop at least looks ok to eat the one opposite to Santhi bakery looks like godown lady who serves not good at it and had to pay service charge. I have ordered Mutton biriyani, chicken biriyani and chicken curry as a Sunday lunch for my family through zomato

The Mutton biriyani doesn't have any flavor it was worst than a tomato rice. Looked like they cooked without any masala. Whereas the chicken biriyani had a comparatively better flavor than Mutton biriyani.

Refer the pics that I am attaching, the biriyani with lighter shade is Mutton biriyani.

Chicken curry had a raw taste of masala and the meat of not even properly cooked. Even the breast piece was not cooked properly, I was scared if it will cause digestion problem.

Refer the pics where you could see that the pieces are not completely cooked. It was just 75% cooked.

PS: After this worst experience and waste of money, I called the restaurant and there was no proper response from them.

The taste was not consistent, raw masala flavor and meat of not completely cooked. Overall...
