Lake Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Worst hotel i have stayed in my life.||1) No card Swap Machine||2) Dirty Uncleaned Blanket in the room||3) Asked water at the time of checkout waited for 20 minute. They didn't give.||4) no room service available. When ask for tea they said go outside and drink tea.||5) at the time of booking they said we will have a complementary breakfast. When we asked in the morning there complementary breakfast was 1 Plain dosa and 1 plate idly which had only 2,idly.For rest whatever we order we need to pay.||We were 3 members we need to pay extra for 2 masala dosa and Vada whatever we have ordered.||||6) They are big cheater. They take a large amount of money but didn't deliver as promise.||7) They also didn't provide water on arrival. When asked they give water30 minutes.||8) They don't have any room or kitchen service. They have a hotel in their campus where we need to go to have dinner. Dinner was horrible.Yhe chapati was like papad.||9) hotel rooms were not at all sound proof.Out room was in ground floor. Whenever any one opened or close his room we get a noise.||10) No AC in the room . At time of booking it was said. AC is attached. We booked a AC room. When we asked the same they said who wants AC in this chilled weather.They ate...

Fraud hotel- the one and only word to describe this hotel.Don't ever think to stay in this hotel. We booked 3 rooms during this pooja holidays.As it was peak time we booked 3 weeks before via booking.com..an intermediate person called before 3 days and said to pay advance amt to confirm our stay.we paid full amt.On the day of checkin the hotel management said they didn't receive any amt and our rooms were allotted to other people. We contacted the person who called us and he started to argue with the hotel people. Without any guiltiness they said that they will refund the amount immediately.Clearly, the hotel record itself had our name,date and no.of rooms we booked.They should have contacted us before cancelling our booking but they didn't do that.we travelled for long distance and stood infront of the hotel with 2yr old child for a long time.hotel management didn't care about anything. The thing really happened is..they alloted our room to other customers for double charge.such a fraud and heartless people they are..so plz don't choose this hotel..ur entire plan may collapse bcoz of this...

Hi all my stay was for 3 nights with my family.. Very worst pathetic money minded uncleaned rude and all d negative words i can give for this hotel and staff.. Room very dirty Commods broken Matress torn n literally fungus on bedcovers No heaters and no hot water on time Very very rude staff including owner Nothing s available no Drier no Iron nothing Someone has written heaters in room friendly staff n blah blah 😂.. plz guys don't misguide people everyone comes to enjoy expecting something good don't be selfish and write positive thinking you will get a discount for ya next stay.. you will not get anything very money minded people... n restaurant next to this thalasery even more worse u order food u can expect d order only after an hour all keralites very very rude n merciless...
