Shri Radhavallabh Lal Ji Temple in Vrindavan is a sacred and enchanting place that holds a deep connection to the devotion of Radha and Krishna. Located in the heart of this spiritual town, the temple offers an atmosphere of serenity, devotion, and timeless beauty. The temple is renowned for its unique tradition of worship. Instead of a physical idol of Radha Rani, her divine presence is symbolized beside Lord Krishna, signifying her eternal existence. This unique tradition adds a profound spiritual depth to the experience. The temple's architecture is simple yet elegant, reflecting the essence of Bhakti (devotion). As you enter, the melodious chants and the mesmerizing kirtans fill the air, instantly lifting your spirit. The priests and devotees create a warm and welcoming environment, making it a truly divine experience for everyone. The temple is especially vibrant during festivals like Janmashtami and Radhashtami when it is adorned with flowers and lights, creating a heavenly ambiance. The cleanliness and maintenance of the temple premises are commendable, ensuring a comfortable visit for all. Nearby shops offer prasad, flowers, and religious souvenirs, adding to the spiritual charm of the place. Situated in Vrindavan, the temple is easily accessible and well-connected by road. Visiting here not only provides a chance to seek blessings but also allows you to immerse yourself in the divine love of Radha and Krishna. Whether you are a devotee or a traveler seeking peace, Shri Radhavallabh Lal Ji Temple is a must-visit destination. It’s a place where spirituality comes alive, and one feels a deep connection to the divine. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vrindavan!

Shri Radha Vallabh Temple, also called Shri Radha Vallabhlal ji Temple is a historic temple in the city of Vrindavan, Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh, India. The temple is dedicated to Hindu deities Radha Krishna. The main deity of the temple is Krishna who is worshiped under the name of Shri Radha Vallabh which means the consort of Radha. Alongside Krishna, a crown is placed which signifies the presence of goddess Radha. Old Radhavallabh Temple, which is presently known as Hith Mandir in Vrindavan was constructed in 1585 A.D by Sundardas Bhatnagar, a disciple of Shri Vanachandra, son of Hith Harivansh Mahaprabhu. At that time, Sundardas Bhatnagar of Deoband was under the employment of Abdul Rahim Khankhana, the chief head at Akbar's court. Through Abdul Rahim Khankhana, Sundardas Bhatnagar not only got the Royal permission to use Red sandstone for the construction of temple, which was used only for construction of imperial buildings, royal palaces and forts at that time but also got monetary grant for this temple from Akbar. Descendants of Sundardas Bhatnagar at Deoband still have the temple documents with them. It is said that King Maan Singh first decided to construct this temple. But on hearing a legend that whosoever construct this temple would die within a year, he backed out. Though later the legend did come true. Sundardas Bhatnagar who constructed the temple died within a year, soon after the construction of the temple was complete.

Radha Vallabh Temple in Vrindavan is one of the most spiritually uplifting and soul-soothing places I’ve ever visited. Located in the heart of the holy town, this temple is not only historically significant but also deeply rooted in divine devotion, especially towards Shri Radha Rani and Lord Krishna. Unlike many other temples where Lord Krishna is the central deity, here Radha Rani is the main focus, and the idol of Lord Krishna is represented symbolically. This unique concept makes the temple incredibly special for true devotees of Radha-Krishna bhakti. The architecture of the temple is mesmerizing—built in red sandstone, it stands as a testimony to the devotion of the early Bhakti movement. The aura inside the temple is peaceful and filled with bhajans, chants, and the fragrance of incense, instantly transporting you to a different realm. The temple priests and sevaks are respectful and help you understand the history and traditions if you ask politely. I visited during the evening aarti, and the atmosphere was magical. Devotees singing, bells ringing—it felt divine. Cleanliness is well maintained, and the surrounding area has a spiritual charm with shops selling prasad and souvenirs. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vrindavan. It’s not just a temple—it’s a divine experience. Haribol!

Shri Radhavallabh Temple is exactly located in Vrindavan District Mathura State Uttar Pradesh and Country India. It is situated near Bankey Bihari Temple.

The "Tikaet Adhyaksh" of Shri Radhavallabh ji Temple is Shri Radheshlal Goswami and further his child Shri Mohit Maral Goswami, his son Shobhit lal Goswami and his brother Govind lal Goswami are also taking care of the temple. Shri Radhavallabh ji Temple was founded by Shri Hith Harivansh Mahaprabhu who is worshipped in the adjacent temple of Shri Radhavallabh ji which was earlier Shri Radhavallabh ji's temple but because of Mughal EmperorAurangzeb attack on Vrindavan he was shifted to other place and then the new temple was built. The Yugal Darshan of Radhavallabh ji is considered as difficult because of rituals due to which the "patt" gets closed. This temple with Madan teer and Seva kunj with Maharasmandal are held by the Tikaet Adhyaksh and are considered as Shri Radhavallabh ji's property. In this temple Radhaashtami is celebrated largely which is a festival on the birthday of Shri Radha Rani . The Temple of Shri Radhavallabh lal is also the mighty temple as many people confirmed that The Lord there residing is living power while others feel a real relaxation on having the Yugal Darshan of Radhavallabh ji.

It is also a popular name of Krishna, meaning the consort of Radha.Shri Radhavallabhlalji is considered as Krishna as well as Radha in one.

The appearance of Lord-Krishna, the reincarnation of the almighty with complete "sixteen-kala" avtar with his Divine-love consorts Sri Radha more than five thousands year age in "Brij-India"; is a well accepted fact of life by the people of India and not a mere legend of Historians.

In the lap of nature, in Vrindavan with its cluster of forests and meadows surrounded by the revered river Yamuna, the almighty mingled with the people of the land, making on destination of cast and creed. The purest form of divine love play with Sri Radha displayed by him, opened up the most secluded, rarest and the super most path of "Ras-Bhakti", hitherto unknown to the world.

Shri Radhavallabhlal temple is one of the icons of Vrindavan with extraordinary beauty, building style and wonderful darshans of deity. The Lord is considered as living with unearthly powers. Many people from far away come to seek the darshan of Thakur Ji.

The forces of creation and sustenance, in effect Mother Nature herself, reincarnated around Him as Sri Radha, and her companions. Lord Krishna’s haunting flute sweetest melodies was the call of Godand followers happily abandoned worldly attachments to serve God and joy in this...

All glories and prayers to Radha Vallabh ji. Founder of the Shri RadhaVallabh sect was His Divine Grace Goswami Hit Harivansh Mahaprabhu. His father, Shri Vyas Mishra, was a Gaur Brahman of Devaband in Saharanpur district of Utter Pradesh, who was in service of the Moghul Emperor Humayun, Hit Harivansh Mahaprabhu passed his childhood at Deoband. Once playing with his playmates the ball fell in a deep wall. Mahaprabhu jumped into the well and came out with a Shri Vigraha (Lord's idol). This well still exists and Idol installed in the ancestral palace, at Deoband widely known as Shri Radha Navarangilalaji. Here at Deoband, once whiles asleep, Shri Radha gave Her Holy 'darshan' (audience) in dream to Hit Harivansh Mahaprabhu and blessed Him with 'Mantra' (Holy couplet) under a people tree. This tree still exists at Deoband in the precincts of temple. IDOL: Ancestor of Atmadeva Brahman had performed penance at mount Kailasha worshipping Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva became pleased and insisted too much upon ancestor of that Atmadeva Brahman to be blessed with his desired wish. Then he asked for the most cherished thing of Lord Shiva. Then Lord Shiva gave him the idol of Shri RadhaVallabh Ji Maharaj from his heart and told him the method of its service. Shri Hit Harivansh Mahaprabhu carried this Idol, which on his arrival at Vrindavan was set up at 'Oonchi Thaur' (High Cliff) (Madanter) on the bank of the Yamuna.Since then this beautiful diety of Lord Krishna as Radha vallabh ji is worshipped here. The main temple is quiet old and is close to Banke Bihari Ji mandir, approximately a km away from Banke Bihari Ji Mandir. One gets goosebumps just after beholding Lord as the look of Lord Radha vallabh ji is so mesmerizing that it touches your soul from within. Definitely a must visit darshan in Vrindavan. Do buy the Prasad Thali at 150 Rs which is first offered to the Lord as Bhoga and later distributed. One can get this Thali at 8.30-9 pm daily. Jai Shri...
