I recently visited the Starscape Observatory, and it was an incredible experience! It was my first time observing Jupiter, various stars, and constellations up close through a telescope. Mahendra, was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my many questions with enthusiasm, and even stayed after the show to explain the workings of both automatic and manual telescopes, which was fascinating.
The observatory also offers a variety of items for purchase that can help further your understanding of astronomy. However, one piece of feedback I would offer is regarding the number of people admitted per session. The wait times to view through the telescopes can be quite long due to the large groups, which might detract from the experience for some. While I understand this allows more people to participate, a smaller group size could enhance the individual experience significantly.
Overall, a visit to the Starscape Observatory is highly recommended for anyone curious...
Read moreNot worth the money. We booked early morning show that costs Rs 1000 pax alongwith selfie with stars option that costs Rs 1000 for 2 photos. Pictures were not taken with enough consideration and the results were definitely not worth the amount paid. If the sky was hazy, they could have said so before we took the pictures and paid such amount. The show was not very impressive and worth waking up so early in the morning. We were only satisfied with Saturn. Nothing impressive except that in the show that expensive. Maybe evening show is better but I do not recommend morning show to the guests.
Edit 1 - I think they should decrease the picture charges as 1000 is a lot and there are high chances of pictures not coming out as expected by the guests.
Edit 2 - they take customer feedback really well. I was really impressed that they actually took my review seriously. Hope this business grows and they change...

The Milky Way was vividly visible, stretching across the sky like a celestial river, and we even spotted a few shooting stars, each one more exciting than the last. The cool breeze and the peaceful silence made the experience even more magical. With the help of a telescope, we observed planets like Jupiter and Saturn. What truly made the night special was the feeling of connection to the vastness of the universe—a humbling, serene moment that I’ll never forget. It was a perfect blend of wonder, tranquility, and natural beauty. I can’t wait for the next...
