Its the worst experience of Bali!😡😡😡 After buying the 50k tickets, the women inside directly led four of us to their store on the right hand side. They didn’t tell us there were free sarongs to borrow but asked us to buy (for 250k per person) or rent one (for 25k per person). We ended up renting 4 sarongs.

Then, we found out that they fooled us, so we went back and aruged with them to get back what we weren’t supposed to pay for.

Those women were so rude when we asked for the refund. They kept saying that they told us we could use the free one instead of buying or renting. Four of us knew that they were lying, obviously. They didn’t even feel gulity for their misleading behaviour and continued arguing with us.

Luckily, the security guard there helped us and we finally got back our money. PLS DON’T BUY OR RENT ANY SARONGS BECAUSE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE FOR EVERYONE.

There are 2 temples next to each other. Becareful of the people selling entrance ticket outside the temple. They are very commercialised. Entrance fees cost 15k and sarong cost 20k person. Eventhough you bring your own sarong they say it is not suitable. Not sure it is legal. A lot of people try selling things to you (just ignore them). Not an interesting place to hang around. Going to the top of the hill/mountain area will cost you donation of 15k per adult by pemerintah kabupaten bangli. The best view is the mt batur. Try avoid visiting the temples...
