We couldn’t even try it. More than half of the total tables were “reserved.” Especially outside, where we wanted to sit. But the same thing happened inside as well—almost all the tables were “reserved.” They didn’t have space for me and my family (we were only 4). The funny thing is that the place was more empty than full, but with so many tables reserved, you couldn’t sit down and order either. I am writing this review because the way the issue was handled seemed really poor to me. I own two restaurants myself, and I know what I’m talking about when I say you cannot prioritize reserved tables over walk-in customers who want to sit down and order right away—especially when you have more “reserved” tables than actually occupied ones.

Fortunately, just 5 minutes away there’s Blue Mountain, an amazing place where they didn’t hesitate to make room for us on the terrace so we could enjoy the experience we came all the way from Uluwatu for: “having lunch with a view of...
