Be prepared to wait a bit for your meal—it’s not fast food, but that’s part of the charm. Everything is made fresh from scratch, which not only explains the wait time but also reflects the passion behind each dish. It truly feels like a lovingly home-cooked meal.

Never tried mujair fish before and I was so scared that the fish will have lots of small bones which will make it hard to eat. But Ibu said she will choose the bigger fish so the bone will not be so small, but still to be careful though. So we ordered mujair sambal matah (chili with lots of shallots) and ayam bakar thailand (thai grilled chicken). Ordered at 3pm and we ate at 6pm. The fish was soft, small bones exist but not to much, sambal matah works so well with the fish. Amazing fish! Yes, the menu is small but the food is wonderful and the owner is equally as amazing. The menu is 4 things. Fish (2 styles), bbq chicken, and bbq pork rib. The food does take awhile to make, but that’s because they are freshly preparing it so be patient. Enjoy the day and relax because you’ll appreciate the food’s quality. Also had the Bali coffee and rosemary tea which were also very good. The spicy fish is in fact spicy but not crazy spicy. If you can’t handle heat order the other fish — both are wonderful and you won’t be disappointed
