Monthly charge is expensive, and still unprofessional service. Thiefs problem. No CCTV in cluster as advertised. Household waste pick up is less than profesional, creating rats problem from left overs in the bin.

Rubbish pick up is strictly household only, no exception. Few branches, small broken glass, few thrown away building materials, will not be picked up. While on the other hands, 'pemulung' roams around freely to pick up what they can take.

Area manager seems don't care enough to pay attention on maintenance and service quality.

Most cluster will need to volunteer financially.

Housing CRC through whatsapp is hard to reach. You need a long time to wait for them to response, but when you dont reply promptly the conversation will be ended.

Beli rumah investasi masa depan (KATANYA), tp saya ga yakin rumah ini masih ada di masa depan, retak dari ujung ke ujung horizontal dan vertikal. Pas claim garansi katanya sudah lebih dari masa garansi nya. Tp masalahnya adalah yg protes bukan hanya saya, yg artinya ada yang salah dengan cara anda membangun rumah.

Baru 3bln tinggal disini nat lantai udah pada copot dan rontok, pdhl ngepel juga paling seminggu 2x. Mungkin kalau setiap hari, keramik nya sudah tidak nempel lagi ya. Banyak sekali keramik kopong. Dan again di protes bilangnya sudah lewat masa garansi. Lain kali kalau serah terima rumah tolong yah semua jadi pelajaran, ketokin tuh keramik se rumah :)

Ini yang paling curang. Kalian kalau beli rumah di developer ternama ini, kalian akan DIPAKSA serah terima unit apa adanya, baru lah unit akan dibenerin kalau ada keluhan, yang artinya masa garansi kalian akan dihitung mulai dari serah terima unit yg berantakan itu. Dimana mana orang serah terima unit saat unit nya sudah keadaan siap ditempati. Masa unit retak, bocor, dll harus kita terima apa adanya, ditambah lagi abis claim garansi tidak langsung diperbaiki.

Ini baru beberapa dari sekian banyak keluhan. Jadi coba dipikir lagi deh kalau mau beli rumah di developer ternama ini. Kalau malas ngurusin perbaikan seperti ini coba lain kali jual kavling aja deh jangan jualan rumah. Harga ga murah tp kontraktor...
