Horrible service. Made a reservation for 5 and they split the seating 4 : 1. What's the point of having a meeting/gathering if you can't talk and communicate with all the members/friends/family? The store manager was FAR from friendly. Raised his voice, sluggish body language and offered NO SOLUTION. Staff was unfriendly as well, no greetings, didn't smile, and super slow service. IT TOOK FOREVER to ask for anything. I ran out of soup and had to wait 15 minutes to ask for a refill. By that point my soup was so thick it turned into a sauce.

Vegetables were no longer crunchy, many of which are wilted. Cooked menu was far from warm. Saikoro cubes feels more like molded minced meet and tears apart when grilled. Very sticky grill made the experience worst. No idea why it wasn't coated in oil/fat to mitigate this issue.

I came to Hachi Grill The Breeze BSD for lunch at 2:30 pm with my daughter and her guardian. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the greeter staff, Mita. She was unfriendly, gave no smile, and told us we could only dine in at 3:15 pm, which meant waiting 45 minutes.

I politely asked if it would be possible to get a table earlier if guests inside finished sooner, but she responded very rudely and repeated that 3:15 was the earliest. We then politely said that we would just come back another time, but for now we needed to go to another restaurant because my daughter was hungry and couldn’t wait that long. She didn’t say a word, no smile, no apology, and instead gave us an unhappy expression.

It’s disappointing because I actually like the food at Hachi Grill, and we came to Hachi Grill quite frequently. But with service like this, I don’t feel welcomed as a customer.
