I love Sociolla, and I always shop on their website. But sometimes, for certain products like foundation and fragrance, I want to go to the shop and test the color and scent myself. So I was happy to see a store near my house (finally!). But whyyyyyyyy, in such a nice and busy mall, did they choose a small space? Every time I try to go there, it's always busy, and it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to check the products because the aisles are always full, and there’s like no room for other people to even stand. I see so many people wanting to come in and shop, but they just leave because the store is packed or these people are inside but can’t actually access the products because of other customers. Basically, it's too small of a store for a large customer base. Did they expect that no one would come to their shop at LivingWorld when they decided to rent this space or something? It's actually turning away many potential customers. I see some customers complain about the customer service, but that’s because there are few salespeople, and most of them can only stand near the cashier. We cannot physically walk comfortably between aisles and look at the products. It’s such a shame truly. My main point is: Sociolla you have many loyal customers, including myself, and I am glad you opened another store in Bali. I just wish your store was bigger to accommodate more customers and to make it a more...

Make Over (a lot... lol) Luxcrime (highlight) They Talk About (lippies) Emina (cream blushes) LT Pro (eyeshadows) Rosé All Day (foundation) Pixy (setting spray, cushion) Wardah (powder, eyeliner, cushion)
For skincare, I recommend you brands to check out from instead of products because they are very personal and YMMV. Avoskin, For Skin's Sake, Evershine, Everwhite(this one's mostly for masks...
Read moreThis is the first time I've been here and it's not a good experience. While you were exploring the many options of makeup and skin care, the security kept looking at you like you're going to steal! Especially when I try to take my phone from my bag and take it back (I was looking at the things I would like to buy, it's in the notes in my phone) And when I finally made my choices, the cashier didn't take off the magnet on the product, of course it went ringing in the way out, the security stopped me like I was stealing. He took all the products I was purchasing, even though I showed him the receipt. He came back saying sorry but I wouldn't come back again! Bad standard...
