Really unhappy with our experience going to this place: the queue at the entrance was "unclear". After waiting for quite some time without any movement, we decided to ask the staff passing by about where to queue. The staff asked whether we'd got our tickets. After seeing our tickets, the staff took us to the front and let us in, trespassing all the queue. When we asked why, she said that those people hadn't got their tickets yet/still waiting for their tickets. Some other people who had got their tickets also followed the staff after she told it. So annoying! that day, the park opened at 1 pm. My guess was because there were some large groups in the park. So they opened first (at 11 am) for them, then 2 hours later for public customers. With all those people, we ended up enjoying only 4 rides. Really not worth the price! the toilet was so dirty with a disgusting smell! With that entrance fee, you should've had clean toilets. With the current "portable" long benches where people can put the benches everywhere they want, that makes it hard for other customers to find walking area as people put the benches everywhere. Fun place but really bad management. Almost like they don't have the intention to do real business here. I visited this place a couple times already. They keep closing for more than one facility/game, with the same reason all the time (machine checking/maintain) hey.. you guys need to do all that before selling ticket, duh!??

No wonder there are not many customers coming to the theme park. There are times when we are the only customers, it feels like we own the place, lol.

I hope they can do better in the future. Note that the mall itself already has a big issue for the parking lot. The location is perfect in Cibubur but I wonder who designed and planned the business behind since Trans Group built all the establishments including apartments and mall from zero in this land. Even the lobby looks too close from the street and road level which makes it appear less 'fancy'...
