Bounce Street Asia - Trampoline Park — Attraction in Jakarta

My first visit after 3 years of pandemic. I must say they can improve some of the SOP. Firstly, I bought the ticket online and the ticket comes with QR barcode. So I thought my kid can play straight away once we got there. Apperantly, I still had to line up with other people who bought the ticket there and the wait was quite a while because they had to fill up the waiver and fill the registration form. Once I got to the cashier, I also had to register and fill in the waiver as well, while I thought already filled up my kid's info when buying online ticket. I wasted almost 15 minutes of the playing time doing all the SOP. Maybe they should include the waiver in the online ticket purchase or at least give information about it in the website so we can prepare for extra time. The person queued behind me also had the same experience as mine and wasn't too happy. Secondly, they had 25.000 rupiah discount for the cafe (min spend 75.000 rupiah) IF you bought the ticket there. For me who bought the ticket online, I wasn't eligible for the discount :( I also paid more for the admin fee for buying the ticket online, but didn't get the same benefit and covenience that I expected for. So my suggestion is NOT to buy the ticket online. I don't get the point for providing online purchase when it doesn't make it any easier for the customer. Other than those two things, everything was decent, coffee and food was good, and my kids had a great time. I hope there will be some improvements...

What a fun place to have fun with trampoline! But I really don't like their payment method, you need to buy a card for IDR 5K, you only can top up IDR 50K above and you can reimburse your money on the cars after playing it is NOT EFFECTIVE, I am a typical cashless guy who always swipe my debit card for my transaction. One more thing they didn't allow me to use another rubber socks from another trampoline park.

An interesting and first experience for me, the first time I tried playing the trampoline which at first I thought was very easy when I saw other people doing it, it turned out to be quite difficult and tense.

Unfortunately the location was under renovation when I went there, so it looked messy and uncomfortable, but the trampoline section inside was quite spacious and neat, the instructor was quite friendly in demonstrating and teaching how to do it, the facilities were quite complete even though the quality in my opinion was mediocre, there toilets, small prayer rooms, lockers, special socks, and a mini cafe, although there is an additional price for some of the additional facilities.
