we used to love to go to this cafe and they re well known as a vegan cafe

However, today was ZONK! Beware.. Waiting for more than 30 mnts until foods were served. Waitress didn't know what they re serving. We should ask for 3 times about the dish that they serve is vegetarian or not since after we taste it, it doesn't feel right. they said its vegan. Finally after asking 3 different person, someone finally said it is not vegetarian food.

After that, we re requesting dor the meat food that we havent eat to replace with the one that vegetarian, they also did not agree. So dissapointing. 😢🥶

Then, we ordered again for the vegetarian food, which is chili oil fried rice since they said it is the fav menu there. Unfortunately, It also taste terible! Too salty and the rice is not smoky but more to "gosong" and so dry,

I visit this restaurant every week, since I have kids attending courses at the trampoline venue below it. At first I was kinda impressed; the food looked pretty, tasted delicious, with good ambience, and clear view of the trampoline field below, where I could see my kids train.

But lately, the quality really took a dive for worse. The service: some of the waitresses are rude, with no smile, like we beg for food instead of paying customers. Also unbelievably SLOW. I often order for a cup of coffee and it takes them 20 minutes to fulfill. Don't even ask how long it takes them to prepare a cooked dish. The place is also maddeningly, fully reserved on weekends for birthday parties. I know this review will only get 🙏🏼 emoticons as a response, but at least I get to vent...

kapok parah cukup sekali si kesini sangat tidak recommend. ternyata rata-rata ngeluh soal pelayananya yang lama udah banyak yang review harusnya evaluasi. pas kmrin dinner juga ada mba-mba disebrang yang ngerasain hal yang sama badmood karena ga bisa mnt tuker meja pdhal msh kosong, ngelawak bgt restonya untuk harga blm termasuk tax dan service tp servicenya aja kaya gitu kacau. jatohnya over price krna ga sejalan sm service, makannya sm karyawan ya. reservasi untuk tgl 1 request untuk duduk dekat jendela, sengaja datang on time supaya didahulukan. tapi malah dpt kursi yg belakangnya lampu neon box🙂 hasilnya foto smua backlight, trs servicenya bad bgt sorry waitersnya judes/jutek mnt tuker meja gabisa padalah bru ada 2 couple dan meja didkt jendela kosong. gausa adain request klo customer gabisa request aneh bgt niat mau happy mlh bdmd bgt mana makannya yaampun kering smua krna steak ayamnya pke dada, chicken fingernya juga dada, grill chickennya juga dada gaada juicynya sama sekali ga disediakan saos. pelayanannya lama mnt di clearing mejanya, udah tau rame waitersnya cm 2org yaampun. dessert juga kluarnya lama bgt. semoga jadi pelajaran untuk kita semua ini real sesuai pengalaman pribadi ya, kedepannya jangan ada korban lagi. evaluasi diri deh dr karyawan, service sm makannya sangat sangat ga worthit ga sesuai...
