The guy who watch the store is pretty straightforward. They have many variation and sizes for suit/tux. Complete with trousers, vest & tie. All suit will be dry cleaned before you rent them. So it's clean when you're about to use.

Selamat malam, saya mau share karena malam ini merupakan salah satu pengalaman terburuk saya bertemu dengam customer service, mohon agar dapat menjadi catatan penting untuk staff a.n RIZKI yang pelayanannya menurut saya sangat2 mengecewakan. saya coba order via wa namun ditolak, alasannya jas yg sekarang bahannya beda jadi lebih baik fitting dan diapun menanggapi maksimal hanya bisa di jam 6.15 yang akhirnya kita ngebut dari kantor. sesampainya disana kita ingin coba untuk size xxl dan xxxl kita minta dia untuk carikan untuk bisa dicoba langsung DAN DIA SAMA SEKALI TIDAK MAU MENCARIKAN dengan alasan "biasanya kalau disini langsung coba aja kak" ya saya ngerti langsung coba, tapi seharusnya dia udah FILTER DULU SIZE MANA YG KAMI MINTA Terus kita bilang "wah terus kalau kita ga nemu size yang diinginkan gimana dong?" Dengan santainya dia jawab "kalau ga ada berarti lagi diluar kak" padahal di WA JELAS2 BILANG SIZE TERSEBUT READY kita cari2 sendiri jasnya sampai 15 menit yang akhirnya ga ketemu juga akhirnya kita udah terlanjur kecewa dan ga mood dan mutusin untuk tidak jadi sewa kita bukan pelanggan pertama loh... sudah 2x menyewa jasa ini dan sama sekali tidak mengecewakan sebelumnya.
