Habitat@Gandaria — Hotel in Jakarta

This is my first out of 3 nights of staying in this hotel. Now, I was torn between giving this review a 4 or a 5. On one hand I positioned myself as a customer who wished to experience the entirety of the amenities the management could offer. However, on the other hand, I also must position myself as a fellow property owner who understands that our business might be our only source of income, whether this is true for the owner of this property or not is not the point. I must be objective and thorough in assessing the business' value and prospect.

The property itself is new and I understand the hard part of putting your business out there with the worry gnawing at the back of the mind that it's not going to work out. But, I genuinely do not feel that way. This place is located in a strategic location, very close to a mall and restaurants/cafes alike. It is not difficult to reach either as the road is very accessible even by a large car. The bedroom is very comfy and isn't too hot when the AC isn't on; the bathroom is spacious enough for me at least, as to not feel claustrophobic; the lobby is quite nice, though probably a sofa is appropriate for a more comfortable lounge; there's a pool! I was so excited because I wanted to go for a swim. Alas, there's construction underway so the pool isn't functioning at the moment; I don't think the parking lot is going to be a problem for the time being; and lastly, it's quite affordable if you're willing to get an accommodation that is well placed at such a rate.

I walked around meeting friends at a nearby cafe and ramen joint, it wasn't objectively far.

With that said, I decided to give a 5 instead, as this hotel is promising and anyone should have an enjoyable experience in this place when it's running at full speed. I wish you good fortune! This accomodation is a potential to be a great place. I checked in in their early days of opening so the place is not on their prime condition. The facilities are still on their way for fully functioned condition. However, it was still a great stay.

The room was quite spacious and clean. Smart TV is a very nice touch but unfortunately the wifi is not strong enough to be used in the room for the smart tv. Location wise, this place has a very strategic placement. You can see so many places for good food and Gandaria City Mall is very close.

Again, this place offers so many good facilities but unfortunately I stayed during the early days of the opening so they haven't been properly functioned. I would love to stay again in the near future to see the...

Ga ada penjagaan yg ketat,ga ada security, terlalu tertutup, gerbang pagarnya tertutup rapat, sampe beberapa kli kelewat, soalnya gatau klo trnyata ini hotelnya, soalnya dr tampilan dpn pagarnya tertutup bgt, hny terlihat seperti rumah mewah bukan hotel. Resepsionist keliatan judes bgt, ga ramah (ga ada senyum sedikitpun)

Kemudian untuk kamarnya, saya pikir semua kamarnya pakai tv, soalnya di foto promosinya smua kamar ada tv, trnyata engga. Kebetulan sy ambilnya kamar single bed, dalam kamar ga ada tissue, air minum jg ga ada, hanya diberikan pasta gigi dan 1 handuk besar, 1 handuk kecil. Kamarnya ga ada water heater, ada sih tandanya water heater (warna merah) tp ttp aja airnya ttp dingi walau udh dimentokin ke kiri (warna merahnya), ga ada semprotan air yg biasa ada di toilet, hanya ada air tembak dari bagian dlm toilet duduk..

Untuk pencahayaan dalam kamar, kurang oke, saya lihat ada 2 lampu, tp 1 ga nyala, yg nyala cuma depan pintu kamar dan itu mlh terhalang sm tembok toilet, jd pencahayaannya kurang..

Ada swimming pool utk harga 270 (jd nilai plus)

Kemudian sy juga sempat beli makanan berkuah dari luar, tp saya coba minta ke resepsionis untuk pinjam alat makan, dan kata mereka engga ada... kok hotel ga nyediain alat makan(?)

Oh iya utk luas kamar single bed itu 4x5m (seluruhnya) kurangin area toilet (2x2) jd luas kamar...
