Playtopia Gandaria City Mall — Attraction in Jakarta

Came on Friday morning at 950 (they open at 10) thinking there wont be too much of a crowd but we were wrong there was already a queue.

Usually when we pass by in the evenings even on weekdays its very crowded already.

Today wasnt as bad as its very big and spacious inside so its relatively quite spread out.

There’s quite abit of things to play, for kids of different ages from 2-8 i would say. For the more “dangerous” sections there are staff overseeing it. But i thought there were two slides thats rather steep that needed to be mended…

I see some older kids around but they become wild and unruly which causes a problem since most kids are rather young.

The toilet is outside but your entry allows u to enter and exit within two hours since they stopped the session timing now.

The only concern is since they stop the sessions timings, then when do they disinfect?

Kecewa bgt sama playtopia Gandaria City, sy punya anak 2 thn dan 5 bln, sy tny apa bayi sy boleh tunggu di dalam (tmpt ganti sepatu), katanya boleh asal pakai masker, jd saya beli tiket seharga anak main, pas masuk ga boleh masuk, lalu br blg anak di bawah 2 thn ga boleh masuk,

Ide paling ngasal dan paling gilanya lagi: staff nya suruh taro bayi saya di luar sembari saya maen di dalam, dan suruh saya kluar masuk untuk cek bayi saya di luar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coba d yang terhormat managemen, para staff, follow up lg regulasi yg ga make sense ini.

Memangnya bayi saya barang ga berharga apa suruh maen tinggal di luar. Emang mau tanggung jawab kalo bayi saya diculik org, emang staff nya mau jagain di luar? Mau susuin? Mau gendong2? Mau ngurusin?

Solusi dr kalian tuh ga masuk akal, kan playtopia gancit gede, terbesar kan katanya, bnyk ruang kosong lg, tolong lah yg bener kalo kasih solusi. Kalian itu dapet pemasukan dr kita2 loh, tolong dipikirin lg, masa mending ga ada customer drpd memperbolehkan bayi masuk nunggu di dlm. Toh juga bayar dan ga ngotorin tmpt kalian n ga masuk2 arena maen.

Masalahnya anak saya yg 2 thn dah terlanjur masuk juga, sedang saya di luar sm bayi saya. Gila bener2.

Coba mikir d, kalo anaknya 2, 1 mau maen masa 1 disuruh ninggalin di dpn, Sinting ya? Apa ga dibriefing or di follow up regulasi tiap bln nya? Kurang nya apa..

Itu pemilik dan para staff dan managemen pada ga mikir apa y, atau blm pada punya anak. Coba d dibenerin dl regulasinya, playground bagus2 tp peraturan tetot.

Klo ga siapin ruang tunggu bayi dong, aplg banyak ruang kosong. Terlebih masa staff jawabin suruh bayinya tunggu diluar!!!!

Marah banget saya!!! Bayi saya 5 bln memangnya udh bisa mandiri di luar? Gila bener solusinya, top markotop loh!

This is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with your child. The place is really huge, there's definitely something to play with and keep them entertained for a long time. In fact, actually the adults are the ones who couldn't last more than 1 hour. I'll recommend to visit on a weekday, where there is much lesser people, and you can safely and comfortably enjoy the place.
