I had a truly wonderful experience at this hot spring resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing and well thought out. The water temperature in the pools was perfect—warm enough to soothe your muscles but not too hot to feel overwhelming. What really impressed me was the variety of pools available. There were several different types, including mineral pools, cold plunge pools, and even ones with gentle waterfalls. Each one offered a unique atmosphere, so you could easily spend hours exploring them all.

The massage services were another highlight. I had one of the best massages I've ever experienced professional, relaxing, and deeply rejuvenating. The staff were kind and attentive, making the whole experience feel even more luxurious.

Food options were plentiful, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. Whether you're in the mood for a light snack or a full meal, you’ll find everything from traditional local dishes to more modern international cuisine. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious.

If u are looking for a place to stay with a hot spring pool bath,this place is definitely the one in Ciater Area which is located nearest to main road compared to the others.With many types of rooms,from standard hotel room to many types of Bungalow,with many pool bath you wont find it difficult everytime u want to take a hot spring bath.The room was cozy and comfortable with a good quality of amenities,but it's old enough to considerate redecorate with new paint or interior replacement👍you will find there are many foods stall around the Hotel along with the drinks.Beside the hot spring pool baths,this place also have many facilities like waterpark,kids playground,archery ground,etc.If only they have mini market near the hotel it would be great,i have to walk near the main road until find one🥲when u stay at the hotel,u will get free pass for the hot spring pool bath...

Sari Ater is one of the most popular onsens in West Java province. It is located in the slope of Tangkubang Parahu volcano. Couple years ago it was sill like natural rivers but it had major renovation then. There are many pools available here, such as the newest hijab pool, bucket spilled pool, pool with slide and I forgot one more. But the natural rivers-like pools still there. The ticket price for the pools is Rp 50k while rivers-like pools is Rp 20K. The facilities offered are mat but we still have to rent for Rp 200K. There are many food stalls inside the area.
