Gracia Spa — Hotel in Java

On June 14th 2023 It was my first time staying here with my family for holiday from Qatar with bad luck and the poor customer services experience from; Receptionist her name's ATIKAH she was not professional un welcomed,unwell behave and rude&insecured. First of all she's not smile / no greeting , staring sinism and weird to my family & panic facing alot customers and forcing her wills. She's not offering any help for buggy car even we had alot of bags while I'm the one who was asking for buggy car since I saw it before next to front office instead she asked me why I dont bring my own car with me which better she said..I felt She's not the right person to be a front liner because it was not her business to ask or to say it to me. 2.Dirty property every where inside property many ants we couldn't sleep with peace , one of the bed was stain of bloods also hot tub was not cleaned when you looked at it looks like cleaned but when you are in it alot of dirts floating and sticks on your body which very uncomfortable feeling and only lukewarm water & lousy facilities such body shower not functioning and the water keep leaking and inside toilet between basin to shower the floor is very sharp when you step on it . they don't have the carpet floor to absorb the water since was very slippery and I have a child with me so it is not quiet safe.and even the phone was not working we were not able to contact receptionist or room service and so ever. 3.The very Disappointed the breakfast we had a bit due they served fried rice was not deserved to be consuming since was STALE and served mold sausage and nasi capcay was salty and cold &omelette was no taste it.If it happens in Qatar about those food when one customer complained the Baladiya(Food safety Departement Police) will come and closed place straightaway with no time. Btw the bugy drivers and security were helpful and polite. On the way back my kid is sick. I came here since most the reviews of the gracia spa is very good even in YouTube video so I was excited to stay.but unfortunately I was not quiet satisfied not as I expected even my family too. Any way to Management of gracia spa If you would to have up grade rating resort Please to keep up training and educate all of staffs about the S.O.P standard of procedure of resort and hotels to be well customer services especially the front liner to have socialising with other good rating resort and hotels since front liner they are the mirror of the resort and to serve well and decent foods to the customer. as well assured the cleanliness and well maintance/facility and keep checking up of the property before customer use it as the customers feel worthy paying while I believed when you paid and you want your rights to...

Quite frankly, the visit to this place qualifies as one of the most disappointing I've had in a long time. First of all, true to their nature, the Taxi driver dropped us right off the main road, from where the resort is at least 2 kilometers (even after charging us the a huge amount - the pathetic cheats these Indonesian Taxi drivers are!)||||The entrance fee - even for just briefly using the so-called Hot Water Springs is 65000 IDR per person (same charge even for kids)! I've been to some fantastic natural hot-water spring springs (most of them in Taiwan & Japan) so the expectation was high.||||It's a joke to call these pool natural sulphue hot-water springs!!! The water is barely luke-warm, doesn't feel natural at all, is quite dirty (things floating in it) and there was hardly a feel of anything natural in it. A shower in a hotel room would be anyday better and more invigourating. Sure, they've done up the place around the pools with lot of chairs, tables etc. and a restaurant nearby, but the main thing - the so-called Hot Water Spring seems completely fake!! It was very disappointing. The showers in the toilets (you are naturally expected to take a shower before entering the pools) are dirty and cold. The washroom is so poorly kept that things are falling apart - and there is no place to keep your changing clothes. The few cupboards are falling apart, and extremely dirty, with cob-webs all over the place. It's a wonder that this place got any good reviews at all (must be people who haven't seen anything better who written those).||Then when we ordered some take-away food (making it very clear in their own language - we had a script written in Indonesian language - which they read twice - explaining that we are pure vegetarians - and that we do not want any Meat or Fish or any Seafood in our food), they packed some of it after a half an hour delay. To our horror, when we opened it, on the way back - in the Taxi - we found it was full of meat and sea-food - so we had to throw it all away!! What jerks the restaurant staff - they just wanted to make money by packing whatever was already there - despite us making our reuest in their own language!! We stayed at Damar 2||It is a small building consists of 3 similar villa, Damar 1 to 3||I bet it similar lay out||||The villa got enough spaces inside the room, but the bathroom is quite small, you can't close the bathroom door unless you need to come in and step in to the side, then close||Including the closet||Somehow the closet is quite old, it is not flush properly||But I love the tap under the shower that people can use for taking wudhu (for Moslem's prayer)||||They have a small dipping pool enough for 3-4 people together, however the water is not that hot, is warm (even hotter the water at the shower)||You need to dip in at 12am to 4am in the dusk time to get the sensation||||The cleanliness of the room is fine||They provide you with banana fritter and a basket of fruit daily||||The big pool is located under near the Front Office||It is open for public as for weekend, they provide a live music that quite loud, you can hear it from the villa||||Apart from that, it is nice greenery ||The weather is nice, but since we go on the dry season, at afternoon, it can be hot due to the sunshine but the wind blows nice cool breeze||||Take a walk and photo in the tea plantation around 1 km before the resort||It is very quiet and you can have it on your own||||On the way to Gracia, from Bandung, don't missed the sign and turn right||I love the way, they build their "private" way to go in to the resort||||They provide wifi and yes it is strong one||The TV got lots of channels||||For 2 days and 2 night staying, we end up just go out from the resort 1 time to get our lunch, the rest, we get it at the villa||It is a nice place to just do nothing||||I bet if it is rainy season, would be more nicer with the...
