My family and I visited Jurassic Newpark today Wednesday the 23rd August 2023. I didn't know what to expect so I went there with an open mind. On arrival we were met by two not so friendly staff on check in. The animals in the petting farm are lovely. The play area is OK but I would recommend putting softer ground around where the children play because of accidents. My daughter lets just say is different as opposed to labelling her. Hayley one of the employees was rude to my daughter and told her not to touch the display. My daughter was taken aback and became upset. Please be advised My daughter didn't touch anything she was just looking. I think your staff need to be mindful that children are not all the same. The dinosaur walk was boring. It could be more exciting. Again when it came to the bouncy house My daughter struggled with your staff as did I. I really think this should be included in the overall price. In my opinion for what's on offer is not great. The go karts are wrecked. The wheels are worped. The guy working there is too busy on his phone or over chatting to the girl in the suvengior shop. The kids are experiencing bedlam and no one there to sort it. It needs alot of attention and perhaps in the future it might be better..chatting with other parents they were not impressed either More experience staff would benefit the place as the young ones working there are preoccupied with their phones In my opinion better places to go...

We travelled from Dublin to see the dinosaurs. My 3 kids are dinosaur mad. They area is basically a hotel play ground with the dinosaurs. They have 5 dinosaurs and we were around the park, including the fairy garden in about 20 mins. The dinosaurs themselves are very impressive. The playground is good and the kids enjoyed themselves. There are attendees at the bouncy castle and the peddle go carts. Im not sure what the guy at the peddle go carts was supposed to do. There was no que system to get onto the carts so once one kid got off the cart it was a free for all to see who got it. Once they got the cart a kid can stay on as long as they want. Fairly big q and eventually the parents started to speak with the attendee and he eventually started getting some rotation going. They had 4 carts but one kept breaking so really there was only 3. Just not well organised. There are porta loos for toilets. This decision needs to be reviewed. The weather was excellent so the porta loos were stifling and really unusable. The smell from them permeated the air at the sand pit area. There was no problem using the hotel toilets. The cost for 2 adults and 3 kids was 40 euro. This is just too expensive for what is basically a hotel playground. At a push 20 euro would be about acceptable. At 40 euro it is not value for money. Definitely do not travel any distance to it. The kids (8,6 and 5) enjoyed the day but that was primarily down to...

If I could give 0 stars I would… €48 I paid to go in here with my husband and kids. We got to the gate and no member of staff around.. no where to get in. Maintenance men were going in and out and no help, one actually slammed the gate in my daughters face. Finally a lady from the hotel turned up and shouted at some man for a key and we went ahead it.. no greetings, no have a nice day, no park map nothing. There was a promotion photo shoot going on and all staff and their kids were there so we couldn’t get in to see the dinosaur talk, we also waited and waited to use the big bouncy castle to be told we couldn’t it was only for the staffs children as it was a promotion day. Why open the park to the public if kids can’t use the facilities ? We flew around the park, not much in it. One of the main dinosaurs broken and to top it off the dinosaur ride at the end is “out of order”. Complete waste of money and asked for a refund to be told we could go again to which I said we are not local and will not be back again and still nothing. Complete rip off… we basically paid €50 to walk around a track and sit on a few swings and slides. Avoid it… waste of money and will be over in...

Like other reviews it's a 30 minute walk(if even) around in a circle with a few mechanical dinosaurs on the way all fenced in with very unkempt surroundings(maybe that's the look they are going for 🤷) , a few fairy doors, a dirty butterfly photo opportunity, a talking tree that you can't hear because it's so low on volume, a wishing well, the one Dinosour that is supposed to be a ride on is not there at the minute!! There is a go kart track with 4/5 working go karts with no time limit so the same kids can keep going around for however long while others were waiting and waiting for them to finish. A few toy tractors in an area around 3 /4 of them with broken seats. The best part is the playground, really nice and the animals were very friendly too. Facepainting, zip line and sandpit were there also. There is a new section bounce that is not included in the price, it's cool but the under 5 section is just a square with a ball pit inside and a large dinosaur nothing special so for the more mature or rougher younger ones it's not great the other side is much better.

2nd time visiting here. Some very good new additions, but the delays to get onto the Bouncy Castle was very frustrating and nearly ruined the experience!! Tickets & and waivers were checked at the front entrance but had to queue in a very slow moving queue to get socks & wrist bands. Took over 25 minutes to just to the collect the wristband!! Socks were given while in the queue but still had to wait for the wristband so the waiver could be checked again 2nd time. People in the queue made it even longer just to buy merchandise. Should be seperate shop or better wristbands given at the front entrance. Only for really helpful staff at the bouncy castle itself, the kids would have lost time on their 30-minute or 1-hour slot. The wristband & socks are being given out or brought from the same shop selling the merchandise, AND it's only got one till. Airport check-in is faster 🥶 The site office didn't seem to be proactive at all despite being stationed beside the shop. Shame to ruin a great experience with a lack of planning.

I had a 2 star review from last year. There was communication with the Park regarding the issues and I couldn’t be more surprised and happy with the approach and proactivity in sorting what really needed to be sorted. A few months later (yesterday) I re-visited the park and couldn’t believe how much it had improved, this place is a one of a kind in Ireland and I’d say in Europe, it’s beyond belief. My little ones absolutely love it (and myself to be honest), starting by the gates either the “proper music”, the dinosaurs itself, the bouncy castles (I’ll have to try the big one once my older one can go there), the FREE face paintings…all is absolutely marvellous. The only thing I’d suggest the park is to maybe improve the food offer, apart from that there is nothing to point to this place apart from its excellence and unique characteristics that even adults love. If there were a special 6-star rating I’d offer it to this place.
