I'm very disappointed by the experience I've had visiting this well known museum to date. Although they did not disclose it online, after walking all the way here, there is a handwritten sign saying they will reopen on the 17th and to call for group only appointments before then. Should you try to call , the phone will ring for what feels like half an hour before a very static-y line picks up in the "Visitor's center" nearby.
