Miseno beach — Attraction in Bacoli

We visited Miseno Beach during our trip to Italy, and it was truly one of the highlights. The beach offers a fantastic view of the sunset – absolutely stunning. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sky was painted in beautiful shades of orange, pink, and purple, creating a magical atmosphere.

The beach itself is clean and well-maintained, with soft sand and clear waters. It’s a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the natural beauty of the area. Even though it wasn’t crowded during our visit, there were still enough people to create a lively yet tranquil ambiance.

Miseno Beach is also well-located, with several nearby spots for grabbing a drink or a quick snack before or after enjoying the sunset. While it’s not the most touristy beach, that adds to its charm and makes it feel more authentic.

Honestly really good. As a completely unbiased review.

1. The sand gets extemly hot so make sure to bring sandals

2. the water isn't the fairytale crystal clear light blue water, but it is VERY clear regardless, just not light blue. You can see your toes when the water is at your neck, and the water is CLEAN and CLEAR.

3. The beach is very very clean and not dirty. even the water I saw no trash whatsoever. The reviews saying it's dirty are old and not true.

4. it can get crowded but it is totally bearable and not really much of a problem at all.

5. you can stay there for free, but if you want an umbrella and 2 sunbeds it's super cheap at only 20 euros. Great value to be honest.

6. nice staff, who are helpful and considerate.

7. I would 100% recommend but with my experience the bus never showed up so if you don't have a car it might be hard to get out...

Fantastic place! Enjoyable for all the family. Crystal clear shallow water perfect for the kids, long beach with facilities including some bar and music. There is a very nice restaurant, simple but with a very talented chef, using fresh local imgredients to make wonderful fish pasta dishes and platters. Everything is pure relax there, from the time of the arrive with the valleting service parking the car for you up to the bartender serving your drinks direct on the beach.
