What an incredible place. My husband and I visited here while we were on our honeymoon in Garda and we loved this beautiful, small, family run wine shop. We were greeted by the lovely Ilaria who gave us samples of all the different wines she thought we might like (they all tasted incredible!) and she told us some information about each one, in fantastic English. I perfectly understand that the tour may not be available if you go spontaneously, and I'm fine with that, but they told us in a rude way that there is no possibility to book online, as if we were telling a lie, while in fact there is a link on their website to precisely book a tour, but it doesn't work (see picture). I wanted to explain it to them so they could fix it to avoid future confusion, but the lady didn't seem to care, neither when I asked her if we could still sit outside and order a few glasses of wine to try as other guests were doing. We were very disappointed as it is supposed to be a nice experience. There are so many other wineries around, family run businesses, that I would recommend instead if you want a nice, friendly experience with...
