I say I am fond of Leolandia we went there since my boy is three and we always enjoyed it there. Sometimes we were lucky and did not even queue. In the past years you could also stay an extra day but now it is not possible anymore and I did not like it at all. We are the kind of people whom enter the following day in the afternoon and take it easy and usually go on the rides we did not go the previous day. Well today we have been there and there were so many people we qeued most of the time...in a whole day we actually went on 6 rides and I paid 50 💶 for it. I am totally disappointed and sad cause my son wanted more and we had to go home. There is now the option of paying extra 20 euros each and they grant you a "free" ticket which is not the same thing. I am sorry for Leolandia but it definitely lost today. We even complained once the park closed but they answered there were not so many people, "they have the numbers". Well maybe for them is normal to queue all day eating while waiting in a line paying lot of money for just a handful of rides, to me I feel sad. I totally wasted my money today. Next time I will go somewhere else....cause if you are not satisfied this is what will happen, you go where they treat you nicely. By the way the rides we went on are the following; the little water ride, the big water ride, the cowboy train, the squirting boats, the fire engine (we won but the colour girl said she finished all the postcards, if we wanted them we had to come back the following day... sadly we cannot) Thomas the train and Peppa pig s house with water sprays. Extremely sad, but not for me....for my son. Cause is them who matters. Things look glum over there and I do not understand why. They are supposed to make a lot of money cause every time we go we spend a lot. My friend spent 70 💶 and went on two more rides....only 2 more and we even walked the whole day. So sad....
Read moreGreat park with rides for all ages. We went on a day that started with rain so there was almost no queues when the weather improved and the sun started shining. Our three year old had a great time in the play park and the water areas. Some of the water areas had a bucket that empties and splashes over the area and that can spook the smallest kids a little bit. The water activities are not in a separate area like in Gardaland, but they are spread around the park and there is no wardrobe area as far as we could tell, something to be aware of. The staff were helpful and friendly. We liked that they had a booklet with a map and information about the height limitations for all the rides. We had pizza and a plate with fries and fish for children. They served fries with the pizzas and the child plate was a grownup size portion of fish and chips, so you get a lot of food. You might not need to order separate food for everyone if you go as a family. There is however one matter with the park that in my opinion is quite serious, the Bluey meet and greet and the concert event was extremely loud. We measured the noise level at the Bluey event to 95-98dB over time at a reasonable distance from the stage. This can cause permanent hearing loss in a matter of minutes so I recommend staying away...
Read moreOnly 4 stars because it is so hard to get to if you don't drive your car. Leolandia itself is great, a really good place to visit and worth the money. Our children loved it and hopefully we will be back again in the future, but to get there is difficult if you don't have a car. We were coming from the Citta Alta in Bergamo, we had no hire car, and our options were to get a taxi (which all the locals warned us against as they are extremely expensive), take the Leonlandia bus which only leaves at 9am, or public transport. We decided to use public transport and the bus dropped us on the motorway. We then had to cross under the motorway and over other roads, with no clear pedestrian crossings, to find the park. We discovered when we got there that everyone who visit's Leonlandia charters a bus, or drives. So be warned. Getting home was...
