Genova Brignole — Attraction in Genoa

Very upsetting experience using public transport and it started here. We had come in by train from the Cinque Terre but needed to go to Principe station. The metro seemed the obvious choice. To begin with we could not find our way around the unsigned, underground access area, we could not find where to buy tickets, we could not work out which platform to head for. We do not speak Italian and stopping people to ask the way didn't work terribly well either as their English was only a few words. We eventually found a machine for tickets but did not notice anyone using a validating machine or indeed even see anything that resembled what we were used to. We guessed the correct platform.

At the other end we were both given a €40 fine for not validating our tickets... €40 each for a miniscule tourist error on a €1.50 ticket. The officer even demanded to see our passports.

Trying to explain was useless. I had no idea what the yellow boxes were so I had not paid sufficient attention to them. I had not seen anyone use one to enter the platform thereby alerting me as to their function. There were no signs at all let alone one demanding the tickets be validated ....especially necessary for tired, mildly overwhelmed foreigners using the system for the first time. In London we have barrriers, which makes things very clear.

I think this €80 fine was brutally out of proportion with our predicament. I have decided not to return to Italy again for any holiday or reason as it is too dangerous (bank balance!!) and too expensive and too risky ...and feels unsafe and all too easy to fall prey to an unguarded moment of forgetfulness or failure to know exactly/specifically how to use public transport and the unpleasant outcome. I will not recommend the country or any of its fine hotels and restaurants to anyone.

Non si puo obbligare nessuno a un tampone un trattamento sanitarario, e l unione europea ha espresso di non discriminare chi senza, quelli senza hanno eguali diritti!,

l'istituzione dell'obbligo del Green Pass rappresenta un elemento di discriminazione in quanto taglia fuori dalla vita sociale chi opera scelte diverse riguardo la propria salute decidendo ad esempio di non sottoporsi alla vaccinazione contro la Covid-19.Si tratta di una scelta legittima dal momento che, come sappiamo, non esiste alcuna legge che imponga la vaccinazione.Chi decide di ricevere la somministrazione del farmaco lo fa di propria volontà, firmando un consenso informato che farebbe bene a leggere sempre con molta attenzione.

Mercoledì 11 Agosto 2021, Intervista al Giudice Lina Manuali la quale conferma quanto già sancito dal Regolamento UE ; il green pass non può limitare le attività, non può limitare la libera circolazione nè può discriminare chi ha scelto di non vaccinarsi.

Il Regolamento nr. 953/2021 dell’Unione europea stabilisce che gli Stati devono tassativamente “evitare la discriminazione diretta o indiretta di persone che non sono vaccinate”. Tale regolamento “non può essere interpretato nel senso che istituisce un diritto o un obbligo a essere vaccinati”

Ogni persona ha il diritto di lavorare e di esercitare una professione liberamente scelta o accettata. Ogni cittadino dell'Unione ha la libertà di cercare un lavoro, di lavorare, di stabilirsi o di prestare servizi in qualunque Stato membro.

la Costituzione prevede l articolo 13 e 16 della costituzione liberta di movimento, non poter uscire senza mascherina e una costrizione vale anchesso per il coprifuoco grenn pass tamponi,

che le norme che vincolano l’uso della mascherina sono di rango amministrativo e quindi non possono derogare né la Costituzione, né le leggi ordinarie e della sua responsabilità in sede civile e penale, il pubblico ufficiale comunque decide di irrogare la sanzione assumendosi ogni responsabilità personale derivante da questa decisione e da questa condotta”

c’è il principio di costituzionalità, perché l’articolo 32 della Costituzione sancisce le modalità di obbligo di trattamenti sanitari che poi sono previste dalla legge 833/78 Ma c’è anche il diritto alla salute che viene prima della possibilità di obbligare a trattamenti sanitari in virtù della salute pubblica. Quindi se la mascherina fa male o va a minare la mia salute o la mia vita sono libero di non usarla nell’esercizio del diritto...

I premi sono molto più facilmente ottenibili rispetto alla stessa iniziativa di Conad per esempio.

Una volta finito si passa il codice a barre che l'applicazione fornisce sul telefono sotto il lettore (funziona ma dovete provare a varie distanze e con la luminosità del telefono alta). E infine si ritira la ricevuta. Fatto!
