⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Rude Staff and Unfair Treatment

Our visit to Gardaland was truly disappointing. The staff were not just unhelpful – they were downright rude. The worst part was how they treated our 2-year-old nephew. He was clearly a baby, scared and crying, but they insisted on measuring him for ticket eligibility. Despite being visibly under 90 cm, and the staff lady Ursula Esmeralda very rude in the entrance.They forced us to pay for him anyway. It felt like we were being taken advantage of for every cent, with zero compassion or common sense.

When we tried to explain that he was just a toddler and terrified of being measured, the staff showed no empathy at all. Their cold and harsh attitude made the entire situation even more stressful for our family.

Add that to the long lines, overpriced food, and overcrowded park, and it’s safe to say we won’t be coming back. Gardaland is all about money, not magic – especially when they treat small children like that. Absolutely unacceptable.

My 2-year-old nephew was crying and visibly distressed during the forced height check. He was clearly a baby, but instead of showing any understanding, your team insisted on measuring him while he screamed in fear. There was no effort to calm him down or treat us with respect. We weren’t asking for special treatment — just a moment of compassion and dignity.

Saying “Gardaland is a magical experience” in your response doesn’t make it true for families like ours. If you want guests to feel the magic, your staff needs to be trained not just in enforcing policies, but in empathy and professionalism.
