Oblivion: The Black Hole — Attraction in Lazise

This ride is incredibly fun but has the worst designed line I have ever had to go through. It is highly themed but every 20 seconds you hear this incredibly annoying subwoofer and look at incredibly bright orange arrows in a room that otherwise has no light. The lights flash every 0.5 seconds and would cause even those without sensitivity to have eye strain (I can't even imagine what happens to those prone to seizures). If there was no line this ride would be 5 stars, but due to how poorly designed the line is, I can't help but rate it lower and try to avoid it...

Oblivion-The Black Hole è un dive coaster della famosa ditta Bolliger & Mabillard ed è il primo dive coaster in Italia. La sua altezza supera la freefall tower della intamin Space Vertigo ed è di 42,5 metri. Come tutti i dive coaster della B&M presenta un freno posto all'ultimo tratto della zona piana prima della discesa di 90 gradi, che fermerà l'attrazione per circa tre secondi (contando partendo dallo 0 e non da 1 come è giusto che sia) per poi lasciarvi andare lungo la discesa ripidissima dove si raggiungeranno i circa 100 kmh. Dopodichè si passerà per un non tanto lungo tunnel (in estate dovrebbero esserci i nebulizzatori) dove c'è un po' di ghiaccio secco stile discoteca (si può vedere come del fumo). Poi c'è un immelman (oppure mezzo loop iniziato dal basso) che farà rallentare non molto l'attrazione, che poi riacquisterà subito velocità portandovi ad un piccolo dosso dove si sentirà un bell'effetto di air-time. Finito il dosso vi è un'elica di 270 gradi che tende verso sinistra e poi vi è, fatto non molto veloce, un heartline roll. L'attrazione finisce qui e dura circa 1 minuto e 12 secondi. L'attesa per l'attrazione è mostruosamente enorme: si aggira sempre da un'ora fino alle due ore e mezza. Basti pensare che persino con il "fast pass" c'è tanta coda. Le protezioni sono comode ma un po' dure, però non è questo il problema. Il problema lo sanno oramai persino i bulloni del tracciato: c'è quasi sempre TROPPA coda, interminabile. Oblivion-The Black Hole è floorless, cioè senza pavimento. Il terzo posto dei migliori coaster in Italia se lo merita davvero, anche se non può essere paragonato ad altri dive coaster nel mondo come Griffon a Busch Gardens Williamsburg o SheiKra a Busch...

I loved this ride, it is really smooth, nic air time and slow inversion, I have ridden it like 6 times in a row. BUT the loading times were awful. There were 3 trains operating but 2 would be enough, as the first train was already back before the second one dispatched and there was still the third one still waiting to offload. It was annoying to wait for the offload 2x longer than was the ride itself, especially in the direct sunlight. People and the seats...
