Mediocre gelato. Flavours quite insipid. But the worst thing was the terrible attitude of the member of staff that served us and upset my young daughter. My daughter asked for her icecream in a cup. The server put it in a cone. We said sorry, she asked for a cup. She just pointed at the cone and spoke in Italian. We said cup please, she angrily scraped the gelato off the cone and angrily threw the cone in the bin in an aggressive manner. She proceeded to serve us an extremely tiny portion of gelato. Staff who work on the ice cream part of the cafe are very rude. They were too busy talking to each other and not listening to us which resulted in getting the wrong flavour. Then when I went back to complain the woman who was behind the counter basically told me ‘You asked for that flavour if you don’t like it it’s not my problem’ and was refusing to listen to me and walked away. Overall staff have disgusting attitudes and I will not ever recommend to anybody who wants to stop for a drink/ice cream...

The Italiano was so good! You know when you sometimes eat something and you’re excited to eat it but then when you actually eat it it feels like that was exactly what the doctor ordered, it just hits all the right points fresh, super tasty and the brioche was superb perfect👌🏼 And the club sandwich was prepared with the cheese grilled with the bread!
