The owner or seller at this store appears to be dealing with serious personal issues and unresolved anger, which he takes out on children and families. The store is colorful and clearly designed to attract kids. When a one-year-old became curious about the products and went to explore them, the seller reacted with hostility and verbally attacked our entire family. He even called the toddler an idiot.

I can already guess that the seller’s response to this message will likely only prove my point; they will demand respect for themselves and their business, yet fail to understand what it means to respect other people.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable — especially in a space aimed at families and children. I strongly suggest others to report this seller to prevent...

Owner shouted at my child and left her in tears. You can see from other reviews he is a very angry man who takes his rage out on children. Avoid this place and if you suffer like we did report him to the Lizase tourist board. Given the years of abusive behaviour evident from his reviews hopefully they will...
