An American-style theme park connected to Italian-related movies and venues. Cinecitta is still a concept. Perfect relaxation in the middle of a week-long holiday in Rome for a spit from the sea or halfway between Rome and Castel Gandolfo. It is a great fortune to live far away, because they also have an annual pass. Amusement park is a must for fans, movie fanatics, or families with young children - Disneyland in small. Others can accumulate plenty of profile pictures in an hour for the rest of their lives. An enjoyable roller coaster in the land of Altair, where the only condition for survival is a short ride. The fourth screw will haunt you in a few days. More virtual roller coasters - Volarium II music takes it all. My personal favorite: a crash in the middle of the Inferno ghost train, which I knew, I just had no idea:) Lots of wild west topics for the little ones. At least 10 spectacular ringlispil on the wildest topics. Brutal catapult in the footsteps of Indiana Jones, multiple virtual reality locations - Assasin’s Creed is a great nostalgia for anyone. Lots of show performances on brutally sized stages or in hangars. Before you leave, you should check out the website, as there is at least one per hour at the farthest points of the park. In summer, the Cine Piscina or the Sapore di Mare are perfect for relaxing, but in winter it is also cozy to skate with a hot drink. There are several restaurants worth testing for the world’s best-known cuisines in one day, but there are also plenty of little memories to store in the shops. Protip: Never stand close to the left side of the Aktium pool where the red shields line up! We were in the late fall when the weather was still 15-18 degrees, but nowhere did we have to stand in line for more than 2 minutes. In the summer, you can easily get to an attraction in an hour and a half. I can’t imagine what it would be like to be 40 degrees so long for something. The place is mostly busy in the afternoon, but this is also shown on Google Maps. They are made with a lot of current programming around the holidays, but that’s when most of them are. Look for a coupon before you buy a ticket, because it used to be! If you’re lucky you either get a gift or even get in half price. It’s worth connecting to the outlet stores next door for a hearty purchase. The cheapest way to get there is by car or rental car, but there is also a transfer. You can also save on parking by walking 400 meters to the Shopping Village. #musthave_site

This amusement park is amazing! We have visited several European Theme Parks and this one, although smaller than most we have seen, has a lot to do... And a lot of the attractions are based on big budget/popular movies. Jurassic Park/Jurassic World, Indiana Jones, U-571, Assassin's Creed, and several other movies are featured attractions. Spaceland, Adventure Land, and a western themed area are available to explore. There were several themed restaurants throughout the park for sit-down meals or Take Away... Not to mention the great Cappuccino Available at the Saloon. There are also live shows such as the shootout located just outside of the Church and the Saloon. There was enough bleacher space for everyone and the performers posed for photos and passed out candy after they finished the show. The Assassin's Creed Virtual Reality attraction was fantastic... And FREE (you just have to reserve a time slot online. Many people said that the rollercoasters were unique and full of excitement as well. This park had a fall theme when we visited. We had a lot of fun and would definitely try this park again.

Mamma mia che disastro ! Non basta utilizzare un nome evocativo come “Cinecittà” per tentare di dare la forma di un parco a tema ad una struttura riadattata (male) in qualche maniera. L’errore fondamentale è quello che un parco di divertimenti degno di tale nome deve nascere da zero mentre tentare di adattare una struttura preesistente facendo qualche sforzo (ma neanche tanti) per dare l’aspetto di qualcosa di nuovo, porta solo ad un sicuro insuccesso, cosa abbastanza evidente visto lo stato di abbandono chiaramente visibile in ogni dove, sicuro segnale di una non buona situazione finanziaria. Che dire ? Personale poco motivato e palesemente depresso, alcune attrazioni chiaramente ripescate da vecchi luna park di periferia (i camion dei pompieri per tutte...), “abbellimenti” presi da altre strutture perché probabilmente dismessi (la faccia del pagliaccio a Horror House con la scritta “carnevale di Viareggio”, anche questa come esempio per tutte…) , manutenzione inesistente, erba lasciata crescere dovunque con effetto giungla (già all’arrivo nel parcheggio lo stato di incuria risulta più che palese, dando una impressione pessima), spesso gli accessi “vip” non appaiono neanche distinguibili e sembrano abbandonati, attrazioni lasciate a se stesse con manutenzione inesistente (le “cinture di sicurezza” del gioco per bambini “velocità luce” vengono... ANNODATE !!), vialetti invasi da terra, aiuole secche che danno tristezza solo a vederle. E parliamo poi dello “spettacolo” di “benvenuto” che già di per sé farebbe venir voglia di andare a a casa: qualche ragazza che balla controvoglia qualcosa di indecifrabile per una durata interminabile con “costumi” fatti in casa su un palco che necessita di urgenti riparazioni. Alla fine tutti in piscina: considerando che la nostra (prima ed ultima) visita è stata di lunedì immagino con orrore cosa possa essere durante i fine settimana: lettini quasi uno sull’altro, piscina stracolma di gente e lo scivolo che ad un certo punto è stato chiuso perché si era staccata la condotta dell’acqua. Vista la manutenzione temo sinceramente per l’attrazione più vivace, ovvero Altair, la montagna russa, che – considerando le sollecitazioni – spero ardentemente subisca controlli diversi rispetto al resto del “parco”. Su Altair mi permetto di dire che, forse, una diversa protezione di contenimento anche per le spalle (ovvero quella che esiste sulla maggior parte delle montagne russe) sarebbe utile considerando il fatto che – durante le molte rotazioni che compie sull’asse – ci si sente realmente cadere all’esterno. Insomma un disastro. Non ci siamo. Una visita ai grandi parchi a tema del nord servirebbe forse ai titolari per capire il motivo per cui la chiusura in tempi rapidi appare inevitabile. Esperienza da non ripetere.

The website is well made compared to the parc which is quite aged. Definetly not Disneyland or le PAL, but we had a great time. The parc is half water attraction, come with a suit and half traditional parc. Something surprised us. The parc opens at 11.00 then there is a mandatory welcome dance to attend and then half of the attractions open at 12.15. In 3 to 4 hours we had done 80%+ of the none water attractions. Consider coming in the afternoon. We had booked tickets for both parcs. The Roma one is not worth as a standalone. But we did eat great at the legionari camp. Barbecued meat was delicious for such kind of place. Almost all if not all content is in italian only. Don't look for english speakers. One exception, the Lady who presented the ben hur set did the effort of translating for non native italian speakers. It was greatly appreciated.

Siamo andati nella penultima domenica di ottobre, eravamo in 5 con due bambini; parto dicendo che parchi tematici ne ho visitato in Italia, a cui ho aggiunto Disneyland Paris. Posso dire che il parco avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescate e di upload, fili in vista ed addirittura in mezzo a dove si doveva passare ( parlo di Transilvania), parti di strutture logore o rovinate (all'ingresso di Volarium diversi neon colorati non funzionavano) nonostante non ci fossero tante persone le file di attesa erano abbastanza lunghe per via della durata dell'attrazione, ma mancavano cartelli informativi (basta mettere dei cartelli fuori da Transilvania o da U-571, visto che dopo che in tanti eravamo in fila è uscito un membro dello staff spiegandoci che si entrava massimo in 8 e che i tempi di attesa erano lunghi. Carino Jurassic Park, bellissimi Altair ed Aktium, stupendo Inferno, anche molto più bello di molte montagne russe di altri parchi, non abbiamo trovato Manicomio e non siamo riusciti a fare l'horror house per via della lunga fila. Volevamo vedere lo spettacolo degli stuntman ma siamo arrivati un po' dopo l'ora di inizio e non ci hanno permesso di entrare nonostante ciò fossero tantissimi posti vuoti a sedere.. e questo secondo me non è bello, perché sono io che scelgo di non vedere i primi 5'. Volarium da rivedere, bella l'attrazione in sé ma il video non ti immerge totalmente, secondo me andrebbe rivisto. I ragazzi che recitano in Transilvania molto bravi, simpatici e ti portano dentro lo show. Assassin's Cread l'ho dovuto rifare due volte perché la prima volta è andato in crush il programma, carino anche se il video è vecchiotto e gioverebbe se ci fosse l'audio. Sul cibo, abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante a tema western, gestione un po' caotica viste le file lunghissime e i pochi ragazzi presenti al banco dove la cassiera doveva anche prendere i panini, le bibite, le salse ed andare a prenotare i panini più complicati e lasciarti il disco, difficile da trovare i cestini ed i carelli per appoggiare i vassoi. Parco con delle potenzialità enormi e con diverse attrazioni molto belle, ma da rinfrescare ed aggiungere dei cartelli informativi. Pessimi i negozietti, solitamente in ogni parco ci sono diversi gadget tra cui penne, calamite, magliette, cappellini o le sfere con l'acqua con il logo del parco, io non ho trovato nulla di ciò. Do' 3 stelle di incoraggiamento...

The park is relatively small. As we have visited in November, after Halloween and before Christmas, the park was literally empty which was on one hand agréable as there was no wait for the rides, on the other hand - there was a lack of atmosphere. Most of the staff was not speaking English and the few spectacles we have assisted to were only in Italian. The food is pricey, but it’s common for an amusement park. For those seeking thrills, the park won't live up to your expectations. There are three rides rated as "extreme" and indeed, they were fun to ride. They are noted in red on the map provided at the entrance. The others are as someone below mentioned - like at a funfair. It's probably best to visit when there's a specific theme and more decoration.
