They didn’t have enough change to give us back from the 20 euro we gave.

They brought out the food for ~20 people before ours. Some of those people had ordered the same thing.

I, personally, wanted just a beef patty with bread and cheese. They told me that I had to take the bread and meat they had slapped together or I had to take a sandwich with salad and mayonnaise in it as well. It is the first time that I have been to an establishment that didn’t let people exclude ingredients. If I had wanted to exclude just the mayonnaise, they still would have given me just the bread and meat because of their “All or nothing.” policy.

The staff was rude and incompetent. They obviously didn’t want to be there, but they didn’t have to take it out on the guests. The cashier didn’t know what was happening around her and was not helping the situation when she left her station to watch over the kitchen behind her, causing a huge line of...

Esperienza pessima!! Abbiamo prenotato un mese prima per un compleanno, arriviamo ed io tavolo non c'era. Attendiamo più di 40 minuti, ci accomodiamo. Ci portano (dopo neanche troppo tempo visto la tanta gente da mangiare). Panini freddi e hamburger ancora più freddi!! Sia freddi che bruciati!!! Locale sporchissimo!! Di tutto lo staff ha "salvato" la situazione solo una ragazza bionda molto gentile e professionale che nel suo piccolo ha cercato di rimediare a degli errori di gestione ed organizzazione paurosi.
