Ristorante Mostra Del Cinema — Attraction in Venice

Please note I have not attended any screenings here, this is more about the location and quirks than anything.

This is the home of the Venice Film Festival which is set in August of each year, we visited in May and stumbled across the venue entirely by accident, being a filmmaker myself as you can imagine I was quite pleased.

The venues are surprising, surprising because clearly they are just left out of season. If you look at the images I have uploaded you’ll see the red carpet is left laid down, with wooden boards covering them to protect them from the elements, as you can see they have warped moving from wet to dry! The location must be incredible, served by the nearby Excelsior and it’s own docks, the surrounding area is very remote, remote but incredible to look at.

Si svolge nell'arco di 10 giorni al Lido di Venezia, nelle immediate vicinanze vi si trova il mitico e splendido Hotel Excelsior con circa 200 camere da 25 a 150 metri quadri e servizi al top, e subito di fronte la spiaggia Excelsior, una delle migliori ed esclusive in Italia.
