If you aren't staying in the Lido di Venezia, this is worth the trip if you fancy a night off Italian food. It is a short hop on the ferry from Venice or Lido di Jesolo & then either a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the port. The staff were very friendly, service good, and the food was knockout. Everything that's great about Mexican food; fresh, spicy, cheesy & delicious. The churros were even the best we've had but bear in mind we live in England and haven't been to Mexico (yet)! The lido itself is beautiful and the only one in the Venice islands that allows cars. The crossing of roads & canals is reminiscent of Amsterdam, but hotter. Lots of nice bars to stop in at if you wish to lengthen your stay in the lido.

Incredible, Authentic Mexican food in Venecia/Lido! Everything was delicious but my favorite were the arrachera tacos and the quesadillas de arrachera! One of the owners, Filippo, was super attentive and came to our table to check on us and when he heard us speaking Spanish shared with us that he married a Mexican native from Cancun and how she and her mother came to live to Italy. They incorporated Mexican dishes to the restaurant along with other more traditional foods from Italy, so it’s the best of both worlds! Also, if you like spicy salsa ask for the habanero salsa!

We heard great stuff about this place, so expectations were up there! It seems to be a family driven business, and it shows through their customer care. The home made chilli nut sauce is to die for, and should be sold in jars to bring home. Tacos, fajitas and burgers are all culinary experiences worth traveling to Lido for alone. We were actually so excited, we had to go back and try some other things from the menu. If I ever come back to Lido, then I will seek out this place! Book a table, coz it’s packed for a reason!

Excellent and quaint place. Its far enough out of.the way that you're almost guaranteed to eat alongside regulars who know the owners. Its Pizza is pretty standard fare for Italy. Fine for take out if you are staying nearby but a waste if you are eating in. Better are the burgers. Large well prepared and fairly priced they taste excellent as well as their chips. Star of the show though is the Mexican food. It tastes and feels much more authentic Mexican than tex-mex or 'Vietnamese cook in the back attempting Mexican'. That its so far out of the way seems a shame but does wonders with its quiet relaxed atmosphere you can't readily find in Venice proper. If you're visiting Lido it's...
